I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience (Order #GSO1Y451700MKN6). I ordered 2 sets of washing machine racks, but I received only ONE. To make matters worse, the item I did receive was clearly USED. I paid for two new items and received one old one. This is completely unacceptable. I expect SHEIN to fix this immediately by sending the missing items in brand-new condition. Be careful when ordering!
Service doesn’t exist…. they are just delaying to solve a problem that they already know and have evidences ( package not delivered)
ABSOLUTE FRAUD! They received my returned items, there is a proof from shipping company, but are saying that is not received and steal my money! So called support is lying and is useless! When you send to then a claim for not delivered goods, which they have to sign /because they are recipient, not me/, they refuse. Why? Because they are lying!
It's just to usseless comunication with client and their refund policy is just to bad... Just try not to use this website
I received 7 items not as described with sizing or poor workmanship issues. I addressed the customer support 9 days ago, sent the pictures proving the issues, but the agent is just stretching the time and disagrees to process return for a few items that are visibly defective or too big. There is no possibility to file a complaint or change the agent on the website, I'm stuck with this case. Please help.
I think it's a wonderful store..I highly recommend it to everyone including men of all ages and women too. I have been madly in love with everything I have bought . I get lots of compliments all the time when I wear Rowme among other shein items. I'm still a little new at the checkout but I'm getting better with my smart phone. Thank you Shein!!!!
I didn't receive my order placed 3 weeks ago and they don't even bother . I got no refund and no answers at all . It's the first time such thing happens to me by shopping at Shein .

Long delay for the order to arrive. Shein was recommended to me as a good place to buy maternity clothes since apparently real shops don't care to stock them anymore. Other reviews all said the clothes were a "good fit." I bought my normal size for jeans and bathing suit (as recommend by the site). Despite buying pretty much the only bathing suit that was supposed to cover your chest, the whole sides are exposed! Hello I don't need a flashy pink thing or tiny bikini (who WANTS a tiny bikini when pregnant??), I want to cover as much as possible so I can swim some laps at the pool, the only exercise everyone seems to recommend. So why does the bathing suit STILL not cover my chest properly? I don't have a big chest - and yet the cup part of the bathing suit is way too high. ?? And the jeans. Ugh!! Reviews all state how comfortable they are. What are these people talking about!! They are too big in the waist and so they keep sagging. They are uncomfortable on the bump when you lean over (and my bump is pretty small, considering, others have way more there). And I don't understand the purpose of the giant fabric bit that seems to come up to your boobs? Why on earth would any human ever want that?? Super uncomfortable! Oh and the bottoms are already frayed after a single day's usage. Well that's money down the drain and new clothes off to the bin. Guess that proves me right. Never buy clothes off the internet you can't try on first. Oh and because I signed in as a guest when I ordered and only made an account afterwards, apparently I can't review on site or try to return the item. Why bothering to let me order as a guest then??
I really want my package. all the other times is was just fine but what about now?! I´m so pissed i used over 800 kr on something that i havent even got yet. and nobody can help me out. The number of my package is 000571512692640 and it should have been received just by now but it is not. i want the things that i have used my money on but right now i just want my money back!
Products and sizes are as described. The quality of the clothes was actually better than expected. Products nicely individually packed. Very fast delivery. Not much communication, so I was suppriced when parcel arrived, but at that price level, it’s totally acceptable with unnessaceraly order emails.
I ordered on 04/Nov/2021 around 450€ until now didn't send and always Estimate time is updating and day by day is added. estimate time was 10/04/2022 but now is 25/05/2022. customer service is a robot and never you can contact to them. I really hate them.
this wepshop looks good but isnt. i bought 13 item or sum like that. i got them all but its the worst quality i have ever got. so for the cheap price you get the cheap items dont expect anything more than what a 3 year old could make.
DONT BUY... It is totally IMPOSSIBLE to try to contact Shien! I got a shirt that was to small but there was no paper in the item to return the shirt! No phone no email!! And the information about how to return was blurred. Ive tried severel times to find info about return. I will never buy anything from Shien again. I was desperate for some new swimwear and with major stores in the UK closing plus import charges on UK orders abroad I was struggling to find a company to order from. Shein kept popping up but I didn’t want to order from China as the clothes are never made with breasts in mind! My friend had ordered some bikinis and they looked lovely so I finally went ahead. Out of 6 items there is only 1 that is terrible. The 2 bikinis ar well made, fit nicely and fairly true to size, just that bust thing again! I prefer ordering by cup size. You can be a size 20 with a flat chest or a size 6 with huge boobs so ordering by M, L, XL etc. just doesn’t work. Fir the price, I would order from them again as I now have 2 bikinis, 2 bikini bottoms and 1 top for €40. Locally one top is the same price. Delivery was early too, so a pleasant surprise.
After my package has “not been received at terminal” for over a week I decided to try and contact the customer service, but that didn’t help at all. When I write my question they don’t answer! They just send “is this your question” again and again and again… I have given up
After 40 days in state "Arrived at terminal", the courier admitted that they had lost the package containing 150 EUR of clothes. Sadly they want Shein to file the formal complaint, and there is no - NO - way to contact Shein. Neither through email or the website. Will never buy from Shein again
So I knew the quality wasn’t going to be amazing, you have to realize for these prices there’s no magic formula the quality will be a bit meh. I ordered 5 things 3 were fine 2 needed to be sent back. I haven’t received a refund yet but its early days and the return was free. All in all I’m happy with my purchases and the after sales. The delivery was quicker than expected, i have ordered some more things so I shall see. All in all worth it for the money, be prepared to send things back though. If you want top notch quality shop somewhere else.
This is a great place for people that can't afford high-end fashion. However I'd say you should only buy from here if you're actually in need of something important. The working conditions are extremely poor, and fast fashion should in general never have existed. So once again, please put your selfish needs after little childrens lifes. Only buy if absolutely necessary. The shipping time for me is about 7 days, but I always order small orders, so I don't know if it changes with bigger ones.
