made 1st order 6 months ago....takes awhile to get the diamond paintings but they came. placed another order over a month ago...got a tracking email that said it was being sent to usps for shipping & that's it...no updates now for over a month. I payed thru paypal, so I've started the process of disputing since I've never received my items. Will escalate in one more day, as they have not yet responded & its now been 2 days. Anyone that pays via charge card or paypal...you can dispute thru them & get the charges removed if you don't get your order!!!
Ordered a game, tracked the shipment. Says it was delivered, yet I never received it. I have reached out several times to the customer support to help me file a claim with UPS (yes UPS has messed up here as well) but I have received zero response from everydayedeals. UPS says the sender is the responsible one for making the claim. I can't even get a refund for a product that I never received. I am happy to change my rating if someone would reach out and make this right.

My experience with Everydayedeals has been horrible. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I ordered my product 15 days ago only to be told it will be another 15 days before I receive. Very skeptical I will ever receive. Buyer Beware!
If I could put less than 1 * I would order has not been fulfilled but the money has been taken from my account..... No emails, no nothing, no tracking it is fake, it's a scam...
I bought several 5D paintings on March 3rd 2020 and they never shipped. I emailed everydayedeals multiple times with only one response and the order still states unfulfilled. I emailed them to cancel the order several times and I got one reply that stated they would ship by the 14th of March and the person who responded said they would be shipped on that date I have had no updates via email. When I ordered them their site said they were all in stock and in the one email she replied to she said they were on back order . This site is a hoax and they will scam you . BUYER BEWARE. THEY MAKE EXCUSES.
I only went here because they were cheap and i heard good things about them. I bought 10 diamond paintings on December 27th and they shipped on January 13th cause some were on backorder and they never sent me an email telling me that. It is now February 25th and I still have not gotten my items and they don't update tracking I had to go to my local post office to see if they can see where my stuff is. When i contacted the company all they told me was not to worry about it. I will not be buying from them again.
Junk I ordered 3 dimond art and 2 light stands on January 6 2020 I got the art at the end of jan. that wasn't so bad but the stones are not staying on it. the stands are so tiny and don't light up at all. I will not order anything from them again ...
