Great customer service

I have ordered quite a bit from this company and have always loved my stuff. I emailed Helen Tang because I was short on beads and she was able to find my order and is having more sent to me. Best company I’ve ever worked with. Thank you

My picture came in a timely fashion. The only problem I had was some missing diamonds. I emailed them about it and they were extremely helpful in getting me replacement diamonds.

Great company to deal with.

I have ordered many kits from this company and they are all beautiful kits and the finished pictures all look wonderful. The company is great about sending the kits in a reasonable time. Love the choices of scenes.

… Pearl unicorn

I appreciate the fact that I already bought an item from them. And I reordered because I thought that they lost my package in the mail. The same day that I received the same package that I ordered. And gratefully they refunded my money. We're very helpful in my situation.

Great customer service

I received my order with the plastic photo holder cracked. The item is so pretty. I emailed Everydayedeals about the cracked part and they sent out a new one. The packaging that the item was in was crushed and a mess but the plastic part was packaged so carefully that it was not broken. So happy! Thank you!

Keeping me updated on products

The person I dealt with was extremely…

The person I dealt with was extremely helpful and not at all condescending (even though I made a mistake). The emails were of a professional manner. Great service. The only concern is I received some free gifts of American sporting clubs. I don’t live in America and certainly don’t follow their sport.

Quick responses

Disappointed that one of my prints was canceled but I was notified quickly and a replacement was ordered. Prompt responses.
