Scam. Went to their eVisa Kenya site, gave all my information and $107, only to realize that applying for a visa directly on the Directorate for Immigration Services site was $30 bucks and handled directly by the Kenyan government.

I applied for an eTA for Canada and was charged CAN$79. I was later rejected saying “I had an invalid USA visa”, which I don’t. My visa is valid and has 6 more years till expiration. I emailed asking why I had gotten rejected and they mentioned the “government didn’t give them a reason” beyond the USA visa and, I quote, “Besides, due to the rejection, we will refund 50% of the service fee.” I later checked the proper Canada site and immediately got my eTA approval with the exact same documents and only CAN$7!!! 11x more expensive and poor outcome. Would not recommend.

This site is NOT the official Canadian government portal for eTA. I mistakenly paid €73 for an application that costs only $7 CAD on canada.ca The website looks official and is designed to confuse. I asked for a refund as soon as I realized it, but they only returned 50%, even though my data hadn’t been submitted yet. Quick response, yes — but overall a deceptive service that profits from travelers' confusion. Avoid it. Always use the official site.

They ask for 3 times the visa fee. For Tanzania the Government Fee is $50, they are charging $125 to process. My visa was still in waiting process due to a document I had not sent, so they had not processed my application. No one answers the phone. It disconnects after an automated voice message. They now claim they will not refund the processing fee even though they have not processed anything as yet
