Do not use this service for a Brazilian visa! The Brazilian government has its own English-language website, this is at the very least a deceptive website and quite possibly an all out fraud. On the site, they do not communicate honestly that they are a visa service that charges extra to procure a visa that one can received directly from the Brazilian government website. They record your application as "submitted" and send follow up emails before you submit payment to confirm that you actually want the service. Their customer service telephone number does not work (it goes to a recording and then hangs up). The site has all the hallmarks of a scam -- even though I never submitted my payment, I decided to cancel the credit card that I had begun to enter before realizing it wasn't legit, because I was afraid that they had recorded the information before I erased it.

Very poor service and overpriced

Very poor service and overpriced. You wait forever for the visa even though you submitted an urgent application within 3 days. Very unreliable and dubious. Very disappointing. I paid 160 US dollars for nothing. Please do not order a visa from this company.

Misleading

This website approximates the official webpage of the country, copying official logos, so you might easily think you were using the official government application portal. The application cost here was 10 times what I would pay on the official website. It may be legal but it is misleading.

It’s a scam. Don’t waste your cash

All you need to do before using is see the responses to one-star reviews on this very website. They are all identical and provided by a script. It’s a scam. Charge you 10 times the price of the official website for a process that is the same. They make money by deliberately misleading people it is government-sponsored.

this is a scam - they take all documentary details and payment ($250 - $112 for 2 visas and $138 'service' fee) and never issue visas - had to pay $112 again at Sri Lanka customs. customs officers says this is a common scam!!

Do Not use site it is a scam. Look for Official site. there is no need to streamline the ETA process. evisatravel are just charging an exorbitant service fee for a process that does not need to be expedited or and is very easy to do and fill out on your own.

While expensive I left it last minute and they came through!

While expensive I left it last minute and they came through! I really appreciate them getting me my Kenya e-visa in under 2 business days (I ctually received it on a Sunday morning after submitting the request Friday afternoon). The government website wasn't working at all and I left it too late to be able to wait. My only feedback and reason for 4 stars rather than 5 would be the lack of human interaction, you cannot call (they hang up as their lines are always busy), they have a chatbot but it's AI and can only reply so much. But the email replies were good. Thank you again for your help!

Scam

Took my money, then got an email saying I needed to submit documents, which I did. However, my status never changed away from awaiting submission of documents. Then, when I tried to cancel, it said I was not eligible for a refund as I had already submitted documents (which it still did not acknowledge that I did when I check my processing status). Tried the chatbot, but no matter what you ask it, it tells you to check the website. Tried their 24/7 hotline several times, but it says all its operators are busy, tells me to hold, then it hangs up on me.

DO NOT USE FOR CANADA ETA

Do not use this website for a Canadian ETA. I stupidly just googled to find out where to apply and they came top of the search, so naively just went with it. $79 for the service, its now over a week and they have emailed to say it will be at least 5 working days for the ETA to come through, I travel this weekend. I got back on google and looked again and found the proper site to do it through - $7 and the application was approved instantly. This service for the ETA is an absolute con and a joke - not sure how you can justify that as a service when it takes less than 10 minutes for someone to do the application themselves. I have tried calling and no answer, and I have emailed but no repsonse. My advice - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. I would also like to add - the generic response they put to every review means nothing - they cause more hassle and make the process less streamlined when applying for an ETA for Canada - they increase the time it takes, there is more back and forth and they charge you over 10x the cost of the actual visa. If the process was complex, and the visa was expensive and difficult to do, then yes charge a fee, but the ETA is so easy and takes no time at all. This is a pure money grab and to me is hugely unethical in the context of the outcome, clearly paying to come top of a google search. DO NOT US THIS COMPANY

Rip off warning. Charging 70 USD for a Canadian ETA/ESTA when you should apply on the official website and pay 7 CAD.

This site is an obvious scam! beware and do not use them. The price is vastly overinflated, and the company cannot be gotten hold of afterward to cancel. The phone lines hang up on you and are fake, the live chat is fake, and just says email them, and your emails do not get responded too.

I ordered a visa for Brazil, but I never received it. When I requested a refund, they promised to return the money, but the deadline has already passed and I still haven’t received the refund.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are charging you ridiculous amounts to “manage” your ETA application. They charged me $150 to ensure I had an ETA within 2 days and it did come! It was still pending and I almost didn’t make my flight. The official website processed my ETA within MINUTES for $7. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM - Their telephone number is also a dud which goes to answerphone claiming calls are busy! The sole purpose of this company is to exploit those who don’t know you can get an ETA within minutes for $7CAD from the official website. You do not need assistance or this company to help you “manage” - Avoid at all costs. **it seems they have also paid for positive reviews on here so BEWARE**

Watch out for overpriced visa sites for Sri Lanka

I had to apply for a visa for myself and my daughter to Sri Lanka. When I first attempted to book, the total price came to 250 USD, which immediately raised some red flags. It seemed suspicious and made me think I might be on a scam site. I decided to stop the process and investigate further. After a bit of research, I found the official site and booked directly there—for less than half the price: 104 USD in total.

Is this really a legit site

Applied for a eta to canada and whilst i did think it odd the price was so high USD $79 , the site looked legit. However only after payment i did another check to see the eta is only CAD$7!!! I am still unsure if this is a scam website or whether their services are just insane. CAn anyone else confirm if this is a scam site.What is done with the passport information they also ask you to send. How is the data protected.

We can see that they keep replying the review and asks us to send them emails. I had sent them an email regarding how do they handle the personal information but they didn’t reply since Monday. And I also left a message on their website cs. Maybe u can reply me through there.

Potenially scam site. BEWARE!

I submitted an application for a Canada eTA visa. After submitting a limited number of details online including name, email, address, DOB, passport no and flight date and then payment, I didn't receive the confirmation email. I then tried to use the Chat platform to find out whether my application was received but the chat agent told me they were unable to confirm this and was told to call the UK number which continually cut me off after the recorded message which said they were experiencing a high volume of calls. I sent an email to the support team and then received an email asking for a photograph of my passport which then set alarm bells ringing! It all seemed really suss as there was no explanation on the site as to how they operate, what the next steps would be after submitting initial details and payment. I therefore assumed they were a scam site and contacted my bank to cancel the payment and then had to cancel my Visa card. I later discovered on speaking with the Canadian Consulate that to apply for a Canadia eTA is costs $7 whereas evisa charged $79. There is no explanation as to why they charge more or any information as to what the process involves. For all I know they may be a legit site but the online instructions are so vague and almost too simple and quick you are left wondering if you've just been scammed. Have ended up going direct to the Canadian Immigration instead as coudn't trust the evisa was legit. BEWARE!!!
