Hi Leiane, We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience left you disappointed. Your comfort is very important to us, and we sincerely regret that the frames felt too heavy and uncomfortable to wear. After receiving your email, our support team responded promptly and offered several solutions, including a free exchange recommendation and a partial refund option. We also followed up after you shared your preferred frame size and suggested browsing lighter-weight Medium and Wide frame options so we could assist with an exchange. Unfortunately, we did not receive a reply after our last email, so we were unable to continue helping you further. We absolutely never want any customer to feel ignored, and we would still love the opportunity to make this right for you. Please contact us again at [email protected], and our team will personally assist you in finding a lighter and more comfortable frame solution. Thank you for your feedback — it helps us continue improving both our products and service.
