This company is a scam they pre registered me into a payment plan for a membership. They have taken £700 out of my account since last year I don’t have one email from these guys in my inbox once I noticed what they had done I checked my inbox. I am reporting them to trading standards an looking into legal action immediately. They have an office in Euston I’m going up tomorrow to see who I can speak to as they even have a page on Facebook with hundreds of people who came up against the same scam.. do not order from them see you tomorrow you scamming rats
This company did not communicate appropriately. Messages were barely intelligible. The products that were eventually sent were nasty plastic rubbish. Do not use this company. The product came directly from China a month after ordered.
I have researched fabootd and all I can say is the shoes I received are the most comfortable shoes I have ever had.
Bit tight which suggests a size up maybe the way to go in future.
Fabootd are a good company that supply a great product.
Give them a chance but maybe order a size up from what you think you need.
DO NOT TRUST this company, I have tried 3 times to return the shoes that are uncomfortable, soles slippery and not made to fit any normal shaped foot. Despite saying clearly they have a good easy returns policy they just keep fobbing me off without giving me a return address. Sadly I thought I had looked into all the relevant information, had not seen the earlier review. Save your money .
Please consider the latest mail that I have received following multiple attempts for them to forward to me the return address for the goods. The shoes are of vey poor quality and have soles which on a wet surface are dangerous. The items would not even be safe if worn indoors on a hard smooth surface. I am currently in talks with Google to remove Fabootd from their search library.
