盒子晚了一天送达，而且送到了错误的地址。我使用你们的服务是因为我的腿骨折了。然而，在前两个盒子按时送到正确的地址后，第三个盒子被送到几个街区之外，并在马里兰州炎热的一天被留在阳光下。如果不是朋友开车到处找这个盒子，它早就坏掉了，没用了！这客服态度太差了！
