The delivery communication has been great. There is a big selection and detailed description on menu. All of the proteins have been delicious but the veggies have not been fantastic. They tend to be bland or even undercooked in some cases. It’s nice to not have to cook but I am not sure it’s worth it when I am only eating 50-75% of the provided meal.

The beef meals were not good

Convenient

Overall, it's very convenient for quick meals, though the ingredients could be cleaner since there are unnecessary additives and fats. My main issue was that after I took the time to carefully select my meals two weeks in advance, my entire week 3 order was completely changed without explanation, and the box was already locked, so now I’m getting 8 meals I didn’t pick and don’t like. On the positive side, customer service has been good and the premium meals are actually better, so I’ll keep using the service. You just have to pick carefully!

Meals are just ok

Meals are just ok. All of the salmon dishes have been very fishy in both smell and taste. We are scheduled for our 3rd week but it may be our last.

Delicious Great Meals

2 weeks in and every meal has been delicious. I just can't afford the price of these meals on social security. I went from 10 meals to 5 meals a week, but still $80 delivered, so I probably will be dropping out. But again, very tasty, especially this garlic chicken and string beans I am having right now

Some of the foods are not as flavorful as expected. I have found that adding seasonings to some foods works well. Portions are generous.

Hard to navigate the web site

Bad delivery

Bad delivery. Package was day late. Was told package was undeliverable and that I would receive a refund. Ice packets were melted and food just cool. I want a refund and cancel my subscription.

Food is great, but

Food is great. Way too much waste in packaging. We found another company that picks up and reuses packaging. Factor should look into it.

Delicious, but expensive

The meals have been delivered perfectly, the meal themselves have been delicious,the future cost concerns me. So far very good.

FedEx is part of what makes Factor not worth it

The FedEx driver is awful. He usually throws the box on the ground beside my gate and won't follow delivery instructions. There is a package shelter that is clearly marked. The only delivery service who won't use it is FedEx. The box last night was upside down. Additionally, three weeks ago my box never arrived and Factor still charged me.

It is way too expensive

It is way too expensive. Rather than offering free items I'd rather get a discount I skip multiple weeks because it is so expensive

Meals are not as good as I expected

Meals are not as good as I expected. Vegetables are overcooked and mushy. Some of the chicken dishes have pieces of gristle and even small bones. My free breakfast item was missing from my last box.

Besides being 2 days late

Besides being 2 days late, there were only five meals in the box! You should thanks my wife for not making this a 1 or 2 star review! We really enjoy being the meals, they are very good, even with the shipping updates, no reasoning as to the delay, and missing a meal is a problem!

I am awestruck

I am awestruck. Honestly. We had a subscription to Factor about 5 years ago. It was fine, but we got bored. Fast forward to now. I am researching meal delivery services - did you know there are over 150 nationally? So trust me when I say that Factor has moved to the top of the list! The flavors are great, the selection is superior, the portions are plentiful. We are impressed. The real upside is that we don't eat out anymore and we're eating a quality diet with quality ingredients. We've selected 3 services to be on rotation. Factor made the short list. Well done Factor.

Weight loss/a1c control

Since starting in January of 2026, my quest for healthy eating has significantly helped my weight lost journey from the start weight of 350 pounds down to 290 pounds over the course of 6 months. In addition has also helped with my diabetes and brought my a1c down from 7.8 to 4.7. The quality of the food is great. Overall the ordering process is simple with the application. And delivery is also awesome as it comes on the weekend. A++++ services!

Why don’t the same meal options appear…

Why don’t the same meal options appear each week? There are some meals that I absolutely love and would probably order a dozen a week, but some of them pop up once every 3-4 weeks. Why? Doesn’t seem like a smart business decision.
