My meals where NOT delivered to my apartment door as instructed. They where dropped off at the opposite side of the large apartment building. That delayed me from refrigerating the PERISHABLE food for hours. My delivery instructions are on the shipping label. I have to wonder if the deliverer is over worked, lazy, or stupid. That made think about CANCELING the service (or lack of service). That would be a shame because the food is good.

Both entres we ate tonight were not good, Truffle Jus Chicken. The. Chicken was overcooked and dry. The potatoes were undercooked and rough. The other entre, Pimento Verde Chop. Pork was dry and tough. The beans and zucchini lacked flavor.

The quality of the taste and food is good, but I've had a couple delivery issues in the short time I've been using the service. One package arrived with numerous meals damaged to the point of being inedible. Another arrived two days late and with only half of the meals. While I received credits for both issues, I would have preferred a full refund. Additionally, such issues cause planning issues for my week.
The food is good!! I find the portion size and quality excellent and the convenience matches my needs. As an elderly person, I am eating much better (vegetables!) and feel better too.

2nd time my shipment was a day late. Many times where it doesnt show up till late in the evening. Didn't get notified till late in the day. This throws off my plan for the whole week + I have to waste time and money on my lunch hour to go to the store. Maybe start shipping them to arrive a day early?

I never really finished the checkout process, but since I updated my credit card, the box was sent to me anyway. That is not even the worst part. The quality of the food has gone down significantly. The corn of one of the meals had no seasoning, the chicken patty was hard, and the creamy sauce was so runny it almost looked like milk

Still have not received my package due on Sunday. I have only had one box delivered on time. I sent boxes and told people about the meals now I tell them to cancel. This will be the third box that I will get that will be inedible.
