Alls well that ends well
I have to delete a star for their not having a warning on their site that customers should ensure that their address is complete before ordering. Not having my house number on the auto filled address meant Evri lost my parcel. Having gone back and forth a few times, with replacement orders eventually being sent everything came and was really nice and I am very relieved all is resolved.

Recieved a large personalised canvas very poor quality . Creases that won’t come out poor quality drills . Put a complaint in and they want me to send it back to China at my expense from U.K. around £30.00 for a refund for £40.00 so I will loose out and are left with a pile of rubbish and they just say we are sorry nothing else DONT use this company

Needs binning
I've just had a bad experience with Fansells. I ordered a custom one, 50 x 50, to start with it arrived folded, which they said larger ones had to be. It was so bad it had formed a pleat in the fabric, it took a lot of strength between my husband and myself to pull it apart so we could weigh it down. It was one with slippery glue, the drills just weren't aligning properly. The worst was to come, the picture was a head and shoulders of a young girl with a very ginger cat. The drills for my granddaughter's face were largely the same as the cat. Fansells dismissed it, they said it was the machine. She is a very pale white girl. They said to finish it and stand back to view it. All very well but her bedroom doesn't allow to stand that far back. I'm not finishing it, it will be binned. It's put me right off diamond painting. I haven't done any for over a fortnight. That's not like me. I will never use Fansells again and definitely won't be recommending them
Poor shipping
I ordered a custom from them. It arrived folded in a bag. It was deeply creased. I have ironed the back and am currently working on it but the folds are still visible. Very disappointing.

I have three orders at Fansells, the latest one is from 28/7. valid for all three orders is that only a little has been sent from each order, I have for each order paid for express delivery where I should receive within 5-10 working days. I have asked to cancel my order or at least to be refunded what I have paid for express delivery but nothing happens. last week I was promised that you would send my things, that has not happened either. I know you've moved, etc., but maybe you should inform your customers about that, and I now think I've waited long enough

I ordered 10 items 1 of them was missing I tried contacting customer service twice but had nothing so finally tried messenger and I got an answer. Once they work with you it’s great customer service that helps you out till the problem is solved!! I love Fansells!!! Great painting! Great prices! Great delivery time!
Amazing Quality and Service
I've brought quite a few dps from these and quality is fab. Wait time max 20days. Dis have 1 problem with stock on an order but was quickly resolved.
Missing stones and wrong colour!
I was satisfied at first, everything lookes fine. I recommended Fansells to many People.. Many paintings are missing stones. And wrong colour. I wont order again. 220412 Yesterday i received new stones, and they were in the wrong colour again. What is happening??
Very disappointed
The product received is nothing like the original picture. The colors are way off. I ordered a picture of a United States Marine. The US Flag didn't have blue or white diamonds. Instead came with mint green and light purple. Same with his white hat. And his face was orange and pink shades. I tried hoping it would turn out. IT LOOKED AWFUL. It was a gift I couldn't give because the product looked so bad. Very disappointed in the picture quality.

Don’t deal with this company
Don’t deal with this company. I ordered a notebook and it didn’t have enough diamond dots to finish it. My second order was placed and paid with PayPal. 10 days ago and my order says it’s awaiting payment. And has not shipped see things improving
Avoid if you want a good size and quality
Extremely disappointed that the canvases are far smaller than advertised. Plus the size advertised more the total size of canvas not the image. So a 30 by 48 canvas is measuring at 29 by 44, the image is measuring at 25 by 39. Plus I ordered a bookmark. The sides are split so the leather is separating and the back of the bookmark is so badly folded ot won't smooth out. First and last time using this site, far better companies out there.
Order from them and forget you did
Update: after contacting the shippers and three Facebook page and bring told there was nothing they could do, my package mysteriously appeared in the system 1 state away from me. I ordered from them May 31 it is now June 16, and I do not have my package. Allegedly it was shipped June 1st, but the Shipping company said that only the label was created. Fansells customer service is not helpful, and according to the shipping companies, my package was not received by them. I have demanded a refund and heard nothing.
