Dear Shawn, Thank you for your kind words and for sharing your concerns. Please allow us to clarify that our production typically takes 7–9 business days, as stated in the standard turnaround time on our website, because each customized jersey is handmade from scratch and carefully checked for quality. If you have specific timing requirements for future orders, we encourage you to use the order notes to detail your needs or contact our customer service at [email protected] immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule. Please note that expedited shipping speeds up delivery, but not production time. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to improving our service. Best regards, Fansidea Team

Dear Trevor, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We take product quality concerns very seriously. As we’re unable to identify a specific order based on this review alone, please email your order number and details to [email protected] , and our customer service team will assist you promptly. All of our jerseys are custom-made and involve detailed manual craftsmanship. While occasional stitching issues can occur, we do have a complete after-sales support process in place. If any quality problems arise, especially after normal use and care, we encourage customers to contact our customer service team directly. Our team will take responsibility and work with you on an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve, and we look forward to assisting you further once we receive your order details. Sincerely, Fansidea Team
