Ordered item 2 months ago apparently it was delivered last week but I haven't received it and it wasn't where they said it was. No one rang my doorbell that day. Been going backwards and forwards by email and they basically will do Nothing even though I have postage insurance. Terrible company avoid at all costs
I ordered the eyebrow stencil set over a week ago. I've emailed twice only to be told to track my order which I have. It says on 3 occasions it's in transit but it just seems to be moving around America. I have no indication of when I will receive it. They also added VAT and insurance which I didn't realise. I always go on trustpilot to check companies out, sadly 😥 I didn't with this company. Awful after care
Beware! I bought 2 hoodies and once I'd processed my payment details and confirmed the order, a higher amount was charged to me. It appears they added "VAT" so the amount taken was higher than what was stated on the order confirmation I received. I emailed them, and within 24 hours (just) they did acknowledge the mistake and say it was an "system error" and refunded the extra amount they had taken. I've never experienced this ever, and it concerns me that it may happen frequently, and some consumers may not realise that this is illegal and fraudulent, so would accept that VAT has been silently added after payment details confirmed... I'm writing this to make people aware. Although they refunded me, they have not taken the accountability I would have expected from a professional, reputable company and therefore I suspect there may be scams going on. Looking further into their website (I have been bombarded on social media with constant ads for these 'aeroplane hoodies') the websites appear to be English, but they are not. In terms of actually receiving the hoodies, my order so far still isn't even found on their tracking system, though in their email, they told me my package has been sent out to shipping company, but they still haven't updated a tracking number for us. At the time of writing this review, it's still saying "order not found" and "unknown" delivery date. I have little, if not zero confidence that these hoodies will arrive and they certainly won't arrive in time for the holiday and wearing them on the plane. I'm sharing this experience in the hope that nobody else is charged extra "VAT" unexpectedly to the invoice at checkout and if they are, that they realise that this is a "system error" and they will need to email fashion-and-freedom to ask for it back. I have little trust they would do this without you asking and they would pocket this extra "VAT".
