Do NOT do business with this company. They lie about their return policy. We purchased slippers that were supposed to have thick padding and be true to size. Not true. They are cheap garbage. The company's return policy states customer satisfaction else a return will be granted. They will not accept the shoes back.

I'm a 75 year old Vietnam Veteran. I ordered the Huey Helicopter Spinner. When it arrived, disappointment was a reaction I couldn't hold back. It was totally different than what was shown and described online. It was a flat piece of metal (I think) and 'SERVICE-HONOR-ASCRIFICE' were painted on it, but I didn't notice the incorrect spelling until I had completed putting it together! I'll still use it as a weather vane, but not where anyone can see it. I'll eat the purchase price, because it wouldn't be worth the hassle of getting rejected by such a low down entity. I bought a bag from find best. the quilted bag turned out to be a photo of the bag printed on fabric wrinkled with no quilting. They require many steps to try to get money back and then tell you it will cost $20.00 to send it back and suggest you donate the bag instead. They sell junk and know they sell junk!

Placed my order in December 2025 and did not receive it until April 30, 2026. Ordered two table runners that were shown as quilted but were actually cheap material with a stamped printed design and no quilting. I will never order from this company again. Their advertising is very deceptive.

Finddbest is a SCAN
Finddbest is a SCAN. They are actually a Chinese company that represents a fake USA business. They use a lot AI to suck you in to buying cheaply made low quality products. It took me a month to get my order. I was very disappointed with the low quality and fit. It is extremely difficult to even find out how to return the product. Finddbest returns only uses email.through a third party. Despite having the order number, they demand pictures of the product, pictures of the envelope and pictures of the labels. Even after emailing all of that information, they only offer you 15% of the product cost and a 15% discount coupon. They also informed me that I could not send it back to the USA address where the product was shipped from. They go on to inform you that you would have to ship it to HONG KONG at your expense $20. They recommend that you take their offer, keep the product you don’t like, and refuse to give you the return address. All this nonsense is designed to wear you out and keep your money. I sent a dispute to Mastercard but I will be surprised if I get my money back.

I ordered a 3 teared water bath for the birds and received a small box with about a 6 inch round piece of plastic that wasn’t anything near what I ordered no paperwork with it tried to contact with the phone numbers that I found online none of them worked and all I got was Hong Kong airline to contact and they didn’t even answer. Shoes were way too small. I couldn't even get my foot in them, even if I had ordered my usual size. I could not return or exchange them. They said they only could accept returns if the shoes were damaged. They offered a discount if I bought a new pair, but I declined.

This does not even deserve one star. IT IS A SCAM DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM; THEY ARE A VERY DECEPTIVE COMPANY!!!!! I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased the items I did from them. I will never buy anything from them again and I hope this saves someone from wasting their money on this scamming organization.

I liked the shoes I received but they were WAY too small. Advertised on their website with "free returns" and "100% money-back guarantee." When I contacted them, they said it would cost $20 to return, and offered me a "15%-off coupon" with a suggestion to donate the shoes to someone else. *When I Google "finddbest.com" it does not exist. The website I ordered from is "findbestes.com."
