Thank you for the review and we're sorry to hear you've had trouble with some of the wine corks! We do have a few bottles with screw cap tops that are easier to open - if you'd like to give one one of these a try just reach out to our Member Experience team and we're happy to help.

We're sorry to hear we missed the mark with your wines! While members should be able to set their preferences for red/white and domestic/international wines in their account, rating the wines you've received is how we really cater boxes to each member. We also stand by our Satisfaction Guarantee! Please reach out to our Member Experience team to let us know which wines you disliked and we'll make it right.
