You get for what you pay for. Genuine high-quality parts. They have cancelled one of my orders though. I would have hoped that they would try to source it from other suppliers.

For the first time and perhaps the last time it will be, i placed my order with Fitinpart.sg. I think it is not ethical the way they handle their sales order. I purchased and ordered from them on 28 Feb 2025 and it shows on their website, the ETA is on 10 March 2025. i called on 12 March to check the status, they mentioned no ETA. Today on 13 March, i again called up to enquire. They told me that they do not have any ETA and shipment is delayed. When i ask them when will be i receiving the parts, they told me they do not know and don't have the answer. I have waited almost 2 weeks and they told me that i can cancel the order. I really regretted for placing the order to them. Totally wasting my time waiting and this is what i get. Buy from them at your own risk.

SERIOUSNESS AND PROFESSIONALISM ZERO
I PURCHASED AND PAID FOR A REPLACEMENT PART, AND ASKING FOR INFORMATION ON THE DELIVERY TIME I COMMUNICATED THAT I NEEDED TO HAVE THE REPLACEMENT PART (GIVEN IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY) BY DECEMBER 22. FITINPART TELLS ME THAT THEY DON'T KNOW IF THEY CAN SEND THE REPLACEMENT PART BY THAT DATE. TO THIS RESPONSE I ASK FOR THE ORDER TO BE CANCELLED AND THE MONEY REFUNDED. FITINPART TELLS ME THAT THEY WILL REFUND THE MONEY IN 10 WORKING DAYS. I WOULD LIKE TO POINT OUT THAT 10 WORKING DAYS HAVE PASSED AND THAT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE MONEY AND THEY REPLY TO ME THAT, SINCE I HAVE AN OPEN DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL, THEY CANNOT REFUND ME THE MONEY. I DO NOT HAVE ANY OPEN DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL AND I WANT THE MONEY RETURNED TO THE ACCOUNT FROM WHICH I PAID. THEY DO NOT REPLY TO ME ANYMORE ON THE MATTER BUT ONLY ASK ME IF I AM SATISFIED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. FITINPART ARE JUST UNPROFESSIONAL. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. There is a fuel leaking at the top
There is a fuel leaking at the top of the filter. I re-assemble to check and ensure that the leak is not from the pipings and valves. It is confirmed that the valves and pipings are good. After cleaning the fuel leak and drive the car again, then the leaks on the top starts to re-appear. Can this be replaced with another part?

Wrong spec in database
I ordered disc rotors using the car selector. Rotor that arrived is not of the same size. You need to update your database.

I realised immediately afterwards I needed to add more things to my order. There was no way to add more items to the order, nor any way to cancel an order (so I could recreate it). So I placed a second order and got charged a second (reasonably large) shipping fee. Both orders arrived in one box. 2x shipping fee on the slip, all items on one page.
