Fitness Equipment Broker

Thanks for the 5 stars Barry!

Thanks for the 5 stars Michelle, it was a pleasure doing business with you!

Anil, thank you for your 5-star review — we truly appreciate your support. While this was our technician’s first time assembling this specific model, he is highly experienced with fitness equipment and also holds a 5/5-star rating on Thumbtack. With thousands of machines on the market, it’s very common for installers to work with a model for the first time. We reviewed the photos of the completed assembly and everything looked great. If any issues arise, please know we’re always here to help. For reference, our technicians do not remove pallets or packing materials in case a return is needed within the 30-day trial period. Thank you again for your feedback and for your business — we’re grateful for the opportunity to serve you.

Thanks for such a great review Gary!

We categorically disagree with the assertions made in this review. Fitness Equipment Broker is a long-established distributor of rehabilitation and fitness equipment serving private customers, physical therapy clinics, and healthcare organizations nationwide. We do not engage in bait-and-switch practices. Our sales process is consultative and education-driven, with all product details, availability, and long-term service considerations disclosed clearly and accurately. The inquiry referenced a NuStep model that was originally manufactured in 1999. This discontinued unit is currently not advertised on our website and was not available at the time of the inquiry. We explained the well-documented challenges associated with parts availability and long-term service for equipment of that age—information consistent with manufacturer guidance. No order was placed, no payment was collected, and no product was substituted. Based on our customer service records, we do not have documentation of a call from this individual nine months ago. Regardless, providing guidance when a requested product is no longer practical or serviceable is standard practice in the rehabilitation equipment industry and part of our responsibility to customers. As a distributor—not a manufacturer—we represent multiple manufacturers and recommend equipment based solely on suitability, safety, and long-term value. Offering alternatives in these circumstances is a professional obligation, not a sales tactic. The allegation that we misrepresent our identity is also incorrect. Fitness Equipment Broker is a registered business, and our team communicates transparently and professionally using real names. We take our reputation, ethical standards, and responsibility to the communities we serve seriously. We encourage prospective customers to review our extensive history of verified feedback and to contact us directly with any questions. Our continued partnerships with rehabilitation professionals and healthcare organizations reflect the trust placed in our expertise and integrity. — Fitness Equipment Broker Team Our policies and communications are documented and consistent across all customer interactions.

We’re happy to hear that the delivery of your NuStep T4r went smoothly. As a reminder, we typically quoted an estimated 3–4 weeks for delivery and installation on this item. There was a slight delay due to the holidays, and during that time we were waiting to hear back from the carrier so we could provide you with a confirmed delivery update. Now that you’ve received your NuStep, we hope you’ll consider updating your review to reflect your experience. Thank you again for your business—we truly appreciate it. Best regards, The Fitness Equipment Broker Team
