FlipBuilder is an innovative and professional digital publishing platform, providing the best solution to convert static PDF files into interactive online flipbooks. From design to delivery, we focus on simplicity in use and power in function. Unlike traditional printed publications based on paper, you can create an online elegant digital magazine within several steps.
Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently highlight that the software is comprehensive, highly reliable, and makes creating professional digital publications very simple and efficient. Consumers also enthusiastically praise the support team and staff for providing exceptionally fast, friendly, and helpful assistance whenever they need guidance.
However, some customers also noted that they occasionally encountered minor technical hurdles, such as unexpected activation limits or licensing glitches following system updates. A few other people also felt that the platform can sometimes be a bit less than straightforward, requiring them to contact customer service to quickly restore full functionality.
I bought the first version in 2013. Five or six years later they backed me up when I needed help and then two years ago -- they stood by me again. Finally this year I was putting the software on a new computer and no bueno. They updated me to the current version at an extremely 'friendly' rate, practically nothing. This "one time lifetime" payment has been TOTALLY worth it. Prompt care. Comprehensive back up. GREAT VALUE! And I had looked around at Flipbooks, and none compare to Flipbuilder. The level of control is second-to-none. And it's not a site breaker. Nor a wallet breaker.

We have used the Flipbuilder line of products for several years because the Flip PDF Pro application for Macintosh is superb. We’ve created dozens of FLIPBOOKS and many of them are 200-350 pages. And are heavily coordinated with hundreds of Vimeo videos and related stories, The results are superb.
Best of all, they have a great staff that immediately deal with tough questions and provide solutions. Top drawer company!
Using FlipBuilder has been a good experience for me. In the beginning I was frustrated because I did not understand it, but once I sat down to learn, it has been beneficial. There is so much you can do and when you realize the vastness you are happy. Try it and you won't be disappointed.
If you had a bad experience you have not understood or know how much you can do with the program. Try again and learn then you will see what I am talking about. Very helpful when I encounter challenges as well.
This is a great piece of software.
The finished video can be played on desktop and handheld devices but it needs a workaround to get audio and video to work on mobiles.
A brilliant tool that's easy to use.

The staff member "Choco" answered my question so quickly and extremely clearly. Even displaying each step for me to follow, solved my problem immediately. Really appreciated.
We incorrectly setup our account and reached out to support for assistance. I was surprised at the quick response. Lynn had our issued resolved immediately and we were back up in no time. We're very happy with the product and the support.
Fantastic support if an issue arises. However, we have needed support once in a few years of working with flipbuilder. I strongly recommend using this tool for digital catalogues!
FlipBuilder is an excellent easy to use tool to convert PDF in "flippable" online brochures.
Easy to use and having a lot of options.
The support (by Lynn Tang) is simply great. Responsive and with greta competence.
It would be even better, if FlipBuilder had an API to customize embed the FlipBook more tightly in an existing website.
Lynn is fast and extremely knowledgeable! Went above and beyond to send me some links I needed to fix my compatibility problems. Great customer service!!!!!
We had a problem with licenses. We changed IT providers and computers. FlipBuilder helped us reset the IP number and re-register. Great experience. Thank you.
A validation email not received, after payment of the license. I didn't have the identification key. Problem resolved in less than 24 hours.
