flip builder is a complete scam. the product as presented would be fine, but for whatever it's reason begins to abuse the trust of it's buyers at once. The product is unusable as they deliberately imbed a watermark over your project, then you must pay more fees to remove it, which is a distortion tactic, next to the built-in BAIT & SWITCH procedure for having you pay more than the one time fee as stated. You have the option of who you would like to pay more fees to to finally get what they promised for the ONE fee. If they was a way to post a MINUS STARS review I would do it.
Money scam. Bought software £300 in December. Had problems since I downloaded it and have raised 10 customer tickets and nobody has gotten back to me. They have now released updates due to flash and are charging. I'm absolutely appalled.
Absolutely disgusted with FlipBuilder. The package we paid for states that we get unlimited online brochures, which have not been removed because we do not have credits? This is false advertising as they're telling us that we have to purchase credits, although this is included. All correspondence with FlipBuilder has now stopped, they are not responding to emails, there is no contact number. An absolute waste of $120 as we bought it for MAC and PC.
Love the product but fearful customer service. I cant input my licence key. I correspond with the customer service every day, send pics that say that my licence key doesnt exist AND FRIGGIN GET NO WHERE.

Terrible. I am having a lot of issues and when I tried to contact the company, the contact page doesn't work and the support email comes back as undeliverable. A lot of promised features don't work and after 24 hours I want my money back and I cannot reach any one. Don't waste your money.If it works great, if not, then you are out of luck. Its not worth the money or the risk.
I created a digital brochure with Flip Builder, and it's been one bug and problem after another. Don't waste your money! My brochure doesn't work anymore, and their support is useless.
Been a long time since I've had to deal with this level of incompetence. Not only do the customer support just send you around in circles they have no interest in fixing any issues within their software. I've wasted 3 days trying to get them to give me a straight answer with issues I'm having and all they keep offering is me to pay another $200 to upgrade so I can fix it myself! The package I'm on claims to do what I need it to do and doesn't. Why would I hand over more money for software that clearly doesn't work! I get the feeling if this software works, then it provides a good looking magazine. However if you publish and it doesn't work, you've had it. Why risk that when there are so many other alternatives on the market. I wish I'd looked into these reviews before I'd made my initial purchase. Avoid Flipbuilder at all costs, look at other options, there are plenty of magazine software packages out there that have good reviews and great customer service. I'm off to sign-up elsewhere before I lose my sanity!

Pros: Probably the best FLIPBOOK MAKER on the market right now...can even integrate Google Analytics to check out the traffic of your online flipbooks and it's also able to make any created flipbook SEO friendly, by indexing the text from PDF files as well as optimizing page title and metadata.
Cons: Registered the program. Can not find how to remove the demo logo
Summary: I've done some research on the internet and finally decided to donate on this tool. This software is very user-friendly and considerate. This program is straightforward enough for beginners to use though provides a lot of preferences for professionals, really love it!
One of the worst after sales support it’s been 2 month’s and I have not been able to use my software. What is the point of paying a hefty amount of money when they just ignore the tickets and don’t even bother to get back. AVOID there products I have been left with angry and annoyed clients.
I was very happy with our Flipbuilder license, we purchased a VIP Corporate Edition package and it worked great. Our license expired on July 31st, 2015. We renewed our license on August 5th. All of the books we created from July 31st and previously no longer work. We receive error messages when we try to open the links. We have been trying to contact Flipbuilder support all week and they are unable to resolve our issues or provide any guidance. It has been extremely frustrating. My IT support recommends we terminate using the tool and work with a vendor with better customer support.
