I have been using a Flipbuilder product for many years now and have seen a lot of progress in the easy of use. I presently use it for personal use only. For several years I used it to store project files for myself and for my customers. I was able to give them a complete history of the construction project. This included a photo history and with all the reports, invoices and other paperwork. I also use it to store all my income tax records in a neat and orderly manner. I have one tax audit done many years ago. The 2 hours meeting was over in less than 40 minutes and the auditor was impressed with the ease of access to all relevant files. I have had a few minor problems with it, mostly with my thought process on its use. My main contact has been ASHLEY and she has resolved my problems effectively and efficiently, usually withing 24 hours.
