We are aware before receiving this complaint you also spoke to our customer care team and it was fully explained the fare paid did not include carry-on or checked luggage. Frontier Airlines is a low-cost carrier that does not sell bookings with luggage or carry-on on our portal. At the time of your booking, it clearly stated that only one personal item was included in this reservation. We advised you that if you wish to cancel the reservation, you could do so directly by contacting Frontier Airlines as they also handle all flight refunds and cancellations themselves.
