Order #7511- still no response or item received 26 May 2022 Shirt took 5 weeks to arrive and was unfortunately too large. Returned by special delivery for replacement in smaller size which has never been received. Have emailed their customer services numerous times pleading for a reply with no joy!! AVOID this company and unfortunately I am having to try and recover costs via my bank.
I ordered my retro football shirt on the 23rd of January. I understand the employees took a break during the period of delivery. something which was not made clear when purchasing the item. However, it is now the 19th of February I have still not received my order which they claimed to have sent on the 5th of February. the communication lacks any information and they take a while to respond. will not be ordering from here again and will be asking for a partial refund
Absolute Scam. Ordered shirt on 3rd Feb, no sign of it over 2 weeks later. Royal mail tracking number not recognised. No telephone number to call. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Service is shocking from this company .. placed an order which I had to cancel as I ordered the wrong size which was fine apart from the fact they don’t give you a refund!! Been trying since December to get this back and no contact from anyone despite many emails sent !! Avoid at all cost!! Total scam
11 days since email said it was dispatched. Tracking number not recognised by Royal Mail. 3 emails sent no reply. £35.99 gone. Do not believe their perfect reviews

Great retro man utd shirt not sure if it's a top class copy but seems excellent fabric and finish. Only bad part it takes ages for delivery that.long I thought it wasn't coming Must say if your willing to wait so long but.on the other.hand else can u get hold of these kits ? I'm probably gonna use footy classics again
I have recently ordered the Newcastle away 95-96 shirt, and my mate a few Man Utd shirts. We are both absolutely chuffed with the shirt quality, including the accuracy/authenticity of the number/name printing. Delighted with the products and I am very likely to order more. I would agree with some of the reviews below that the customer service is on the slow side (though I fear we have become culturally impatient over the last decade) BUT when they did get back to me (response times variable, between 3-7 working days), they were always incredibly helpful. Royal mail lost my shirt (yes, definitely Royal Mail's fault and not the fault of Footy Classics); I contacted FC and they offered to send another immediately (and did), and ALSO gave me a part-refund. This is clearly very good service. I also fear that their delivery times have been slower than usual because of the well documented issues with Royal Mail. In summary, if you are able to wait a little longer than you might do with other retailers, I am sure you'll be delighted with the product when you receive it!
Like quite a few reviews for this company - DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE. Incorrect size eventually received, no delivery note and nothing on the website to advise how to return. Did finally receive an email stating they would process a refund but still waiting - a month so far> NEVER, NEVER, NEVER again
If you've the patience of saint, well worth the wait. I've ordered two shirts from Footy Classics now, both took over 3+ weeks to arrive. DO NOT ORDER A SHIRT IF YOU NEED IT FOR AN OCCASION OR ASAP/NOW! (Like I did I Christmas) they say its been processed and on its way, but the Royal Mail tracking says it's being dispatched to Royal Mail for nearly three weeks. I'm guessing it's stuck on a shipping container from China or somewherethe other side of the world to the UK. Once Royal Mail have it, you have it straight away. The quality of the replica Newcastle entertainers season's home and away shirts are pretty much spot on to the original ones I had as a kid though. So if you're patient, it's worth the wait. I would have marked higher but delivery takes too long and customer service help is pretty much non existent I discovered with my first order. In short, order if you can wait, quality will be more or less like a real shirt and hopefully you won't be let down.
Ordered mid Dec, came mid Jan. Size too big. Not answering emails (5 up to now). Terrible customer service.

Avoid,Ordered a Man United shirt for a family relative’s birthday. Got sent a Liverpool shirt(wasn’t a joke!) with his name on it. Three weeks late! Got an apology and offered a correct shirt plus partial refund. Naively accepted their apology and mistake. No sign of replacement shirt or refund..
Terrible communications, took my money without despatching the item and when I've hassled them to sort things out, they set up a dodgy delivery to me.
Ordered a shirt on 9th December. Didn't arrive until after Christmas (approx 29th) which is fair enough during busy periods. However the shirt doesn't fit and is faulty, emailed them 5 times in the space of 3 weeks with 0 response. "Fuss free returns" but no returns information. Very disappointing experience
I ordered from here for Christmas this did not arrive until 3 weeks after and the fit is extremely small. I need to return this however the website says my email is invalid and no option to return. I have emailed this company 3 times over 1 week with no response. I need help to return this. The website says fuss free returns. This is not fuss free.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.... Read the reviews (I just wish I had before I used them). Like numerous others, I have been trying to contact them to arrange a return. They completely ignore emails, zero response. Absolutely non existent customer service.
Parcel took over 2 weeks to arrive and then when it did arrive the package and numbers on the top was sliced, I have raised this to the company and still not had a reply although got an email asking me to rate the service , the service is shocking you are unable to ring a number for customer services so unable to return parcel until I get a response.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, worst customer service on the internet. Trying to return the shirt for over 6 weeks now. They take the money and run. Communication is awful.
Just received 3 more tops in less than 2 weeks, not bad coming from China. Believe it or not there much better quality than the one I ordered from the official man utd shop which cost more but lacked detail and letters peeled off. So I'm very happy with my purchases and will certainly buy from footy classics again. Just wish they did larger sizes and customer support was a little more responsive.
