Still haven't received my order placed. Please can you update me on when I will recieve my order. I'm moving house next week, did not think he delivery would take this long! order #15977

Shocking customer service!!

Ordered a shirt from this company and want to return it. Cannot find anything on website where to return it. I have emailed twice and still yet to receive a single reply. If I don’t receive a reply to my next email I am contacting my credit card and starting a charge back claim.

Customer support doesn't seem to exist!

Customer support non-existent! I ordered a classic Man Utd shirt for my partner's 40th birthday. The shirt is in very poor condition - there is glue around the sponsor lettering, the stitching is coming away in several places, and the shirt itself is practically see-through. I have emailed support 3 times over the last few weeks regarding the issues with the shirt, and have not received any contact.

We'll get to the bottom of this and get this resolved, we're very surprised as this is an excellent shirt and this will just be a design fault. We'll send a new one out free of charge.

This is the 1st time I have shopped…

This is the 1st time I have shopped with footy classics I ordered a liverpool shirt for my son with his name and age required on the back. The 1st shirt arrived and there wasnt no name or age so I emailed them and they sent a replacement with apologies straight away so even though I didn't get what I asked for it was rectified so I would use them again

SCAMMERS. AVOID!!!!!!!!

Placed an order, took about 5 weeks to arrive. Needed to send back for a refund, they wouldn’t responds for 2 weeks, so I sent back tracked with a note inside for a refund. It’s been 4-5 weeks since, 5 emails with no reply and yep no refund. SCAMMERS. AVOID!!!!!!!!’

High Quality Replica Shirt

Not quite sure what all of the bad reviews are about… I ordered the Manchester United ‘99 home shirt and it was delivered within a week (live near Manchester, U.K.) and the quality is as good as the real thing. I have the kids version and comparing the quality, it’s practically identical. Will be ordering shirts from Footy Classics again. I can finally get some older shirts that no longer fit me again!

Perfect

Hello overall the waiting time for delivery was slightly delayed, but the communication was outstanding an when my Arsenal 1993 Away shirt was delivered I was like oh my god wow. An because I’ve the quality I can’t wait two order my 1990 England World Cup Shirt with No 10 Lineker. Thankyou

NOT a scam, really great shirts, but slow delivery

This is a review to give some people hope if they're having bad experiences with their orders, to give the seller credit where credit is due, and also to clarify a few things that are not really clear to the buyer when you place an order. This shop is definitely NOT a scam. They could just do a little better to be a bit more transparent. Things to know: 1. The shirts ship from China, so expect 3-4 weeks delivery at most. 2. The "Royal Mail" tracking code you get with your invoice only works once your order reaches the UK. Use your tracking code on ordertracker.com or parcelsapp.com and you will see its progress, which will give you reassurance that it's moving. 3. The customer service support is a bit slow, but generally good. Pro tip: Email them on a Sunday evening - they usually answer the same day. They issued me a refund for an order that got messed up and returned to sender because it unbelievably had the sender's contact info on instead of mine so it sat in my post office until it got returned because I didn't know it was there. Bit annoying - but customer support sorted it and replied to every email. 4. The shirts are absolutely TOP. You won't be disappointed there. Really good quality and authentic looking shirts. Would be five stars for that. TLDR: Not a scam, amazing shirts, slow delivery but stick with it and start tracking your order from a global parcel tracker instead of your own country's local postal service.
