Website says delivery in a week
Website says delivery in a week. Don’t believe that for a second. Had a delivery number that doesn’t work. Wouldn’t have bought if they’d said on the website genuine lead times. Bought it for the final but obviously never received it in time. Poor company.
Worst company I have dealt with
Worst company I have dealt with. Ordered size medium and came easy size lareg or even x large. Don't reply to emails regarding return for refund. Looking at reviews should have stayed well away. AWFUL!
Good things come to those that wait
I was a bit worried after reading some negative reviews, and I was worried when the tracking code wasn’t working and it had been two weeks. I believe the shirts are shipped from abroad and the code only works once landed in the UK. Then you’re just waiting on local post times. It took about 3 weeks for me. The product quality is absolutely perfect and ultimately was worth the wait.
I've seen quite a few negative comments…
I've seen quite a few negative comments so I was a bit reluctant, but the shirt arrived today and it's just like the one I had in 1986 just a bit bigger. Only downside was delivery time about 10 days but needless to say I will probably be back for the red one and complete the set. Thanks guys made a middle aged man quite happy today 👍 👍👍
Got my liverpool tops after 2 weeks…
Got my liverpool tops after 2 weeks very happy with them 10 out of 10
Just purchased the 85/87 shirt
Just purchased the 85/87 shirt, got my tracking number not long after purchase but delivery took just under 3 weeks, so dont despair if you havent received yet. Shirt quality is absolute boss, so much so i purchased the away version too today. Even with the delay in delivery, the quality of the shirt (with name and number) is incredible, so more than makes up for the wait times.
DO NOT RESPOND
Ordered and arrived quickly. Doesn't fit so need to return for refund. No details/order slip in package of how to return. No details on website or telephone number. Don't reply to emails. SCAMMERS
Ordered a Liverpool 86 double winners…
Ordered a Liverpool 86 double winners shirt in yellow...Ordered on the 8th may and arrived on the 24th...got a bit worried after reading some reviews but i had no problems at all....shirt is good quality and lettering and number are soit on...i think you need to realise these tops are coming from china so your royal mail tracking won't work until it arrives in britain...footy classics should maybe a bit more up front about shipping
Have patience
Have patience! Let’s get this out of the way first. The overall rating on here would be a lot higher if shipping was quoted at 3-4 weeks when ordering. The tracking should also be explained clearly as it would save all of these negative reviews. My shirt took 3 weeks to arrive and only the day before did the tracking update. This is once it arrived with Royal Mail. The top looks good and the lettering is decent. Just need more transparency with shipping times.
Patience is required
I ordered my 89-91 liverpool Jersey on the 8th May. Got a confirmation email straight away with a tracking number which didn't work til the 17th..the tracking status stayed the same until today and the Jersey arrived an hr later Patience is required with this company but its worth it the Jersey is 10/10 🙂
Not a scam, just takes a while to arrive!
Ordered on 7th May, arrived today 24th May. I was worried after reading reviews that I had been scammed but I wasn’t. The company should be more transparent about the shipping, you get the Royal Mail tracking number which says it is on its way to your local RDC, this will not change until it arrives in this country from China (I think), mine changed yesterday to arrived at your local RDC and was delivered today!! The size is perfect and the lettering and number are spot on! If you are in no hurry for the shirt it is well worth the wait!
Very Happy
Ordered my top, i knew it was coming from China, i was in no rush, took just over 3 weeks, the tracking number started working once it landed in the UK from then it only took 2 days to get delivered. I did email them once i was all the negative comments but they emailed a day later and said everything has been despatched. Very happy with my top , good quality will defo be ordering more as the price is spot on. If your not in a rush and can wait, defo worth the wait.
My delivery took two weeks but didn’t…
My delivery took two weeks but didn’t realise it was coming from abroad. When my two shirts got delivered they were absolutely spot on. Liverpool till I die.I will be ordering more when I get back off holiday. Excellent quality and well executed on the numbers and names.a job well done so thank you
Really Pleased
I’m not really one to write reviews but after reading some others on here, I wanted to share my experience and possibly put some minds at ease. I was really pleased with my order. Personalised for my boyfriends 30th Birthday, I was concerned as it seemed to be taking a while but I sent an email and got a response the next day. My order arrived today and it’s fab!
Post office was slow to deliver but…
Post office was slow to deliver but quality was great!
I have read the reviews after…
I have read the reviews after purchasing. And I put it down to experience expecting never see this shirt. However about 3 weeks after ordering it arrived. I'm amazed at the quality and detail, just like the one I had back in 86. I would recommend ordering the next size up. But for everyone anxious that it's taking a while I would advise u to sit tight and wait. Mine came and its great.
No item, invalid tracking number. Scam
Ordered on 4th and confirmation email contained an invalid tracking number. No response to emails requesting an update. Seems to be a scam.
Ordered my Liverpool jersey 2 weeks ago…
Ordered my Liverpool jersey 2 weeks ago it arrived today & was absolutely chuffed with the quality, thank you so much I’ve got my jersey ready for the final of the Champions league. Great service thank you so much.
No Returns…
Quality of the shirt I ordered wasn't great, however, the size of the shirt was too small, so I emailed several times to request a return address, simply to exchange the shirt, every email ignored. Absolute joke of a company and I'd strongly recommend anyone not to purchase anything from them as they're quick to take money but disappear if there are any issues!!
