SCAM COMPANY
SCAM COMPANY - AVOID this company. My second review as I made a second order (before realising what they were like!). This one came with the name/number peeling off and VERY tilted, like not even close to being straight. It was supposedly a large but fit like a tight medium. Again, no reply when this is queried. I am 100% convinced that most positive reviews on here are fake. PLEASE don't keep these cowboys in business.
AVOID! shocking customer service & slow delivery
I ordered a football shirt and when it arrived the shirt number on the back was melted and stuck together. When I peeled the number apart it then left lines in it. The order also took near enough 3 weeks to arrive but on their website it says all items arrive within 2 weeks, which is misleading and meant that my item didn't arrive in time for when I needed it. I have sent numerous complaint emails and requested a refund but all you get is a generic bounce back email which is of no use. Absolutely shocking customer service. Will never buy anything from them again AVOID!
AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!
Ordered x2 tops but neither fitted. Sizing way off the mark. Emailed them numerous times about returns info, but never heard anything back. I found a returns address online so sent the items back as royal mail signed for. I can see they've received the items as they've been signed for at their end. Still no correspondence or refund so basically shafted me for £70 and they've gained x2 tops back.
Footy classic no returns …
I would have given less than one star if possible. I’ve ordered a shirt from footy classic. It took about 2 weeks to arrive. When it did come the size was smaller than expected. The order came with no return instructions. I have emailed them 3 times now to attempt to return the shirt. It says on the website you can return items for up to 30 days. But they make it impossible. Next stop my bank
Non-existent customer service
Ordered a medium, they sent an XL. I emailed asking for a return address, but received no reply. I found an address on the original packaging, so sent the shirt back to that address. Heard nothing since, so I'm 36 quid (plus return postage) out of pocket.

Nice shirt but inaccurate sizing can't get hold of them to swap for a bigger size tried via Facebook and via email 3 or 4 times
Incorrect spelling on shirt sponsor and no response
The shirt arrived after just over a week.....with a spelling mistake on the sponsor!! I have emailed twice to request a return but have heard nothing from them. I'd say I've been scammed so be really careful if you do decided to use them.

I ordered this top then saw the reviews and I was worried I had been scammed. However I received my top this morning. It looks good and was delivered in less than two weeks. The tracking with Royal Mail was accurate. I am pleased with it. My only reservation is that it is a little on the small side. Hopefully it will make me loose weight.
Footy Classic’s…Fantastic
I originally contacted Footy Classic’s to ask a question about a payment method. I wanted to purchase a retro football shirt for my brother who had sadly passed away and needed the shirt before his funeral. Footy Classic’s went above and beyond and very generously gifted us the football shirt for my brother along with his name on the back and a number. Today I received the shirt in time for my brother’s funeral on Wednesday. Not only did they go above and beyond and made sure we received the shirt in time, they promptly replied to any questions I had including adding the name and number. The shirt is amazing as is the quality. This company deserves recognition for the quality and and amazing service they provide, it’s the kindest thing anyone has ever done for us!! I was hoping to provide photos of the shirt but I don’t see that option. Thank you again footy classic’s Sar
As many others have said - total scam
As many others have said - this is a scam. The website says (in the middle of the home page) "Fuss Free Returns If it doesn’t fit, we offer returns for non-personalised shirts." The sizing is ridiculously inaccurate. They don't offer any details of how to return (on the website or in the package delivered) and do not reply to any emails. This is basically a criminal scam.
Still no response to my numerous…
Still no response to my numerous emails, asking for a return address. They even requested more information from me on here and guess what, not a word from them again once they had the information they requested. I'll be claiming the money back and again I strongly urge anyone not to use this company, they're a disgrace!!!!
Shirt is great first off all but…..
Shirt is great first off all, It took 2 weeks to arrive. One of them weeks was the time to arrive at Royal Mail. Email said it was shipped on 15th May but didn’t arrive at Royal Mail till 26th May.. not sure why it took so long first of all? But once it arrived at Royal Mail got it the next day. Would use the company again. Just need to work on delivery time
Quality shirt !
Got to say quality shirt ! My retro Liverpool shirt was brilliant quality ! Emails where answered and delivery was as they said it will be ! Will definitely be using again ,keep up the good work guys Thanks Craig
Shirt great - but Company are not
Sadly, experienced the same as many. Ordered a shirt - took two weeks to arrive which in itself isn't a problem, if only they said it would take so long. Suggesting it would arrive in 3-5 days is wrong! Anyway, want to exchange it - three emails to 'customer service' over 6 days, and still no response. It's apparently a company set up 'by fans for fans' - I don't think so - I think I've lost my £35!
Avoid at all costs
Horrendous quality, printing is cheap and not straight, very overpriced, customer service non-existent, takes weeks to deliver. The ‘free printing’ they offer is a loophole whereby they don’t have to honour a return because you’ve ‘customised’ the shirt. They will literally just ignore you.
Don’t panic !!
Great shirt it did take just under two week to get here but was worth the wait would buy agin .

Bought 2 Liverpool shirts 89 home and away. First of all I ordered and then read reviews.... made me a bit worried thinking I have just been took on... sent a few emails showing my concern. A few emails sent back but still concerned.. tracking didn't work until it hit the UK sat in rdc for a few days then sent to local depot. But I can say my tops arrived and don't know why all the concern... in total just over a weeks wait.. tops are superb quality fit excellent... I can say I will be using these guys again for further tops.... 5 star rating ps this isn't a made up review... be patient cheers M
Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking, placed an order last Tuesday, I’ve emailed 3 times and heard nothing back. No number to call to be able to speak to anyone! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. There are plenty of other places which reply almost instantly.
Crooks who take your money and run
Accidentally ordered 2 shirts contacted them immediately to cancel the order. 3 emails later and still absolutely no response. No customer service or return options. Update. Shirt finally arrived invoice said they were still sending 2 despite me asking for a refund of one. One arrived but they kept my money. It will most likely disintegrate when washed. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS. Positive reviews must be FAKE!
