NOT a scam, really great shirts, but slow delivery
This is a review to give some people hope if they're having bad experiences with their orders, to give the seller credit where credit is due, and also to clarify a few things that are not really clear to the buyer when you place an order. This shop is definitely NOT a scam. They could just do a little better to be a bit more transparent. Things to know: 1. The shirts ship from China, so expect 3-4 weeks delivery at most. 2. The "Royal Mail" tracking code you get with your invoice only works once your order reaches the UK. Use your tracking code on ordertracker.com or parcelsapp.com and you will see its progress, which will give you reassurance that it's moving. 3. The customer service support is a bit slow, but generally good. Pro tip: Email them on a Sunday evening - they usually answer the same day. They issued me a refund for an order that got messed up and returned to sender because it unbelievably had the sender's contact info on instead of mine so it sat in my post office until it got returned because I didn't know it was there. Bit annoying - but customer support sorted it and replied to every email. 4. The shirts are absolutely TOP. You won't be disappointed there. Really good quality and authentic looking shirts. Would be five stars for that. TLDR: Not a scam, amazing shirts, slow delivery but stick with it and start tracking your order from a global parcel tracker instead of your own country's local postal service.
