After reading reviews after ordering, I was worried that this site was a scam. Luckily, my order did arrive and it is exactly as described and great quality. My tracking info had no change for over a week until it was picked up by my local Royal Mail, which is why I got so worried. It did take around 2.5/3 weeks to arrive, but it did arrive.

I placed an order on the 27th November money came out of my account on the 29th . I emailed them regarding my purchase on the 12th December they eventually got back after another e-mail , gave me a tracking number and parcel hasn't moved in 10 days . Another 4 e-mails later and I've had no reply .

Concerned about Delivery - I placed an order on 16th December. I 100% guarantee that the notice showing on the website regarding orders after 8th December will not arrive for Xmas, was not showing at the time when I placed my order. My Tracking has said its on its way to the RDC however, I'm concerned I wont receive it before Xmas. If that notice was clear as it is today, I would not have ordered. It comes up as a black band notification at the top of the site, extremely difficult to miss. Therefore, I'm convinced it was not on the site on 16th December. Can someone from FootyClassics reply with some sort of reassurance of when i'm likely to receive the shirt? Thank you
Hello Jas, Having looked at this it looks like it'll arrive within 24-48 hours, though we do advertise 2 week delivery.
Delivery took longer than but that is world we are in at moment , reply from email was prompt and delighted with my new shirt ,really good quality and detail so worth the wait

My parcel got lost in transit, I emailed footy classics asking for updates on this, they rectified my order by sending another out ASAP. I was worried it wouldn’t arrive for christmas but can happily say I have now got it & footy classics kept checking in & updating me on the updates of my second parcel being sent :)

Ordered on the 1st December and the top has arrived this morning. If I had known it was going to come from China I would not have ordered it but It’s arrived now and I am pleased with the quality of the top and my son will love it.

I placed an order for a retro Manchester United top about two weeks ago, like may other I was beginning to become unsure on wether it would turn up. It has finally turned up and it was 100% worth the wait, it’s a perfect gift. For those still waiting for there’s to turn up I’d only say it is worth the wait.

Got my NUFC top delivered today, yes it took 2 weeks but have some patience as it’s Xmas. Definitely not a scam as I’ve seen on some other reviews, quality is great and will order again

I’ve retracted my original review where I gave FootyClassics.com a 1 star rating. This is because, when I submitted my review based on paying for an item that didn’t arrive even (after being given a tracking number), a member of the Footy Classics team responded to my Trustpilot review almost immediately, and provided me with additional information about my purchase. I’m pleased to say, my purchase did arrive in the post yesterday, after being given a tracking number for Royal Mail - this arrived two working days, after I logged my complaint. I remain to only give Footy Classics 3 stars as the item itself is not a genuine football shirt. This is something I was dubious about anyway when I hit the checkout button. But for clarity of your shoppers, Footy Classics, your website could benefit from displaying the text “non-genuine items”, quite clearly, in case anyone was convinced they were purchasing genuine shirts. Your website would also benefit from having adequate “contact” information on the website - a trusted telephone number, so if anyone is concerned about why their parcel is taking months to reach them, they can feel safe in the knowledge that they have spoken to someone directly, to resolve the issue, rather than emailing the support email address, which, as people can read from the reviews, has been slow to respond to desperate queries. Appreciate though, that you may be a small team. Social media accounts (in this day and age) are helpful in advertising your brand. When I was concerned I had been “scammed”, I couldn’t find ANY relating searches for this website - including Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn - which worried me even more. I’m hopeful you can take my comments on board, as, knowing you are a “legit” website that does provide an end product after taking a buyer’s money, I’d hate for your company to continue being tarnished with negative reviews.
Very disappointed. Ordered weeks ago. Shipping label via Royal Mail was created weeks ago but no parcel received by them and therefore not delivered. Have heard it is a scam - they buy shipping labels to show 'legitimacy' and then never send out! I am still yet to receive my parcel despite numerous emails. Edit - my order was placed prior to 8th December. Further edit - I have now received the products (on the last delivery day before Xmas). The products are nice and what I ordered. Therefore I have amended my rating to 3 stars. The reason I have not given full stars is because of the lack of customer service. I sent numerous emails which were left unanswered, there was no reassurance on the company’s part to show they were processing my order etc. A real lack of communication that could have easily helped to stop my (any many other individual’s) worries!

Ordered a shirt on the 9th December for Christmas, only arrived today and had to chase them as the tracking number I was given wasn’t correct, happy with the shirt that’s arrived, think the company would benefit from keeping people in the loop with delivery times, wouldn’t get anywhere near as many bad reviews. Not a scam though

Ok, So final update and something positive. After giving this company a fair bashing I can finally say the shirt arrived and it is amazing. My frustration has only ever been due to not knowing when I would be getting my purchase and to me not being able to pick up a phone to enquire about a purchase drives me crazy however I understand these are a small company. I did find it rather frustrating having been given tracking numbers that gave me little or no info on a day for delivery but it did come and I am more than please. I would leave on these to notes as to whether I would order again - 1 - based on the quality of the product I would 100% order from these again. 2 - if once ordered I had been given accurate forecast and updates for delivery then I would have ordered again so its 50/50 but I did receive my package so cant complain about that. If I had been told it could take 3 weeks I would have been able to decide if ti order or not that is my only advice. So on a slightly happier note, if you are willing to wait then you will get a quality product from these and I am very happy with my shirt Another update, sent another tracking update stating on way to royal mail. 5 days later still on way to royal mail. Not sure how far they are from royal mail but I could have walked it there by now. Honestly what a farce. I really wish they would just tell me they don't have it and give me the choice of a refund or let me choose to wait or not. No point in sending a tracking link when there is nothing to track. I'm very patient but please !! Correction to original review since retailer has responded. Website does say about dates for Xmas deliveries however cant say I saw it when ordering and the inability to be able to make contact and being sent an email stating order complete with a tacking number which doesnt work and no idniction of when it will arrive is still poor. Original - Ordered a manutd Jersey 10th Dec, had tracking number 15th. Tracking number doesnt work. Emailed 3 times no response, no other way of getting in touch. Says aim to respond in 24 hours well I hope their response i quicker than their delivery. Absolute appalling service

When I ordered my shirt there was no update for 10 days but after emailing I got my tracking number and have received my shirt today I understand that it was late due to the Christmas rush but worth the wait

I was very sceptical about the item arriving when I originally ordered due to the amount of feedback on here. Item arrived in 2 weeks after order and is excellent quality. The only issue like others have suggested is the turn around time - I think the website should state that the turnaround is about 2 weeks due to festive period.

Great T-shirt at a even better price. Delivery took a while but is expected with the pandemic and driver shortages. This is not the company’s fault so people should stop leaving bad reviews. They were very communicative about the wait and I am pleased with the service offered. I highly recommend this place. Please ignore all the negative reviews by silly people

I ordered a shirt from this website on 9th December and received tracking info on 15th December, I thought all was going well. I've tried to track the parcel numerous times but the Royal Mail tracking number doesn't work and I still haven't received my item. Shirt arrived on the 31st and was of excellent quality. Communication from the website could've been a lot better. I appreciate it's a small company and deliveries will take longer over the festive period, but customers should be made aware of this before ordering and not just update their website retrospectively.
