Very positive experience with only mild concern for about 24 hours!
I ordered an MUFC retro shirt as an Xmas present in early Dec 2021. I received a confirmation email on 9th but didn't hear any more so emailed them around the 17th asking if they had an estimated delivery date. I also checked some reviews and was quite concerned about scams etc. The tracking link on the email didn't give any info but copyng the reference on Royal Mail's site looked much more encouraging. Happily the shirt arrived on the 18th Dec. It seems good quality and my son likes it. I understand deliver times have caused a few problems and communication copuld perhaps have been better, but I've been very happy with the purchase and I would buy from them again.
I must correct my previous review and apologize to the company. The top I ordered finally arrived too late to be a Christmas gift. However the recipient is delighted with the shirt and it's quality. It may help customer confidence and review ratings if the company advise that delivery can take a month due to travel from China.
If you can afford to wait that long it will be worth it.
Ordered a shirt 6th December, had confirmation email with tracking number etc. Chased up a few times, always got a response but the delay seems to be once it arrives in this country (UK), takes a while to get through customs etc. Package arrived today (it was meant to be a christmas present) and the quality is fab, would definitely order again. Given a partial refund too due to delay in receiving shirt. Good customer service. Son is very happy with the shirt.

Excellent replica shirts - nostalgia guaranteed. Very happy with my purchase but takes about 3 weeks for delivery
With the sheer quantity and range of sizes, I did not believe for one second these would be originals. However when I received the delivery, I was surprised with he quality of the fabric, embroidery and logos.
My delivery took about 3 weeks (not the quoted one week on the site). All the moaners out there - be patient as I think they ship from the far east so think 3 weeks is reasonable !!
They are very very good replicas and would not be noticeable unless you make a direct comparison next to an original product (the feel of the fabric and flocked logos).
The nostalgia of seeing the shirts takes me back to the good old days of the mid to late 90s. Would recommend to others seeking the same - but bear in mind they are replicas (not originals)
I ordered a Newcastle and an England personalised shirt. Both arrived within 3 weeks. Quality shirts. My son absolutely loves them and he is football mad! He has the score draw versions already and these are just as good but have the adidas/Umbro logo too which is great. Will order again from them.

Great quality top. Worried that it wouldn’t arrive by Christmas but footy classics answered all my emails within 24 hours. The top arrived within two weeks.
I have read numerous poor reviews, stating the wait time for the shirt. Quite frankly, when purchasing the Ajax home shirt from 1990 I would expect a bit of time to wait!

Bought a retro shirt for my son as a Christmas present and he’s delighted with it. I’ve dropped one star due to the courier service (Royal Mail) and not the vendor, I queried the due date with the vendor and they came straight back to me. Royal mails tracking service leaves a lot to be desired and despite the goods saying they’d left the vendor it took almost a week before the delivery date was revealed. I wouldn’t hesitate using the vendor again, although I’d allow more time between ordering and receipt.
Great shirt, exactly what we expected and pleased with quality.
Ordered 8th December, chased up couple of days before Christmas by email and had a response that it was out for delivery 24th, which it was promptly delivered on time for Christmas day. I have to say having read reviews and my experience this year on delivery's (especially by royal mail!) and in the middle of a covid outbreak its not rocket science that there are likely to be delays on deliveries.
Although delivery time took longer than usual the item I ordered arrived. Well packaged and looked exactly as what I had expected. This was a xmas present and my son was delighted with it. Thank you would order from this company again
I've ordered of them before and was hapoy with the shirt. I orderd two more for this Christmas they haven't arrived as yet but I did order on the 15th. Our boy is 16 so I've told him we've got a few more presents for him...

Amazing quality.
Delivery did take quite a bit of time- no fault of the company. My item was just in transit for over 8 days however it was delivered. Well packaged and like I said quality was a lot better then I expected especially with such low prices.
Will definitely be ordering again.

I was really worried that the site was a scam after reading the reviews here. I ordered on 7 Dec. On 12th I received an email saying my order was complete with a tracking number that didn't work with a courier company I'd never heard of. I chased them a few days ago and got an email back saying the shirt was now with royal mail. It arrived yesterday and looks fantastic. Great quality and range of shirts on the site (bought Liverpool 2005 shirt).

The package finally came today people, was posted very late but managed to come today in time for Christmas after an order near the start of December. I had zero hope it would be here for Christmas but you guys will get your orders come through eventually.
This is a follow up review after receiving my order today. I originally placed a review on here 2 days ago after my email msg's seemed to be ignored and no sign of my order placed on 8th December.
The item is excellent, great value for money!!!!!
It's a real shame when I queried the whereabouts of my order I didn't receive a prompt reply. I wouldn't have had to put the negative review on here.
Customer service really needs to be improved to put customers minds at rest when I'm sure everyone is ordering items for gifts at Christmas.

Shirts from this place are absolute class - make no mistake. The only problem I have had (like some others) was delivery times. Mine was a 1 day later than I wanted it (for the pre-Christmas family exchange of presents) which meant I had to make alternative arrangements to get the shirts to my godson. However, I can’t fault the quality of the shirts or anything else really apart from delivery. Had this been as expected it would be a 5/5.
I'm upgrading my review from 1 star to 4, because finally my shirts arrived and in time for Christmas. I must say the quality is original in feel and appearance, very collectable and great for footy fans. I think my nephews will love these shirts.. My previous gripes were fair, as communication was very weak and random. It almost appeared non-legit as the tracking info never changed. I bet the high level of orders overloaded their customer services.. I'm happy to say trust these guys, I'll be even extra happy if they honor the part refund for delay... At the end of day, thanks for the excellent retro shirts. John R
