Excellent item when arrived
This is a follow up review after receiving my order today. I originally placed a review on here 2 days ago after my email msg's seemed to be ignored and no sign of my order placed on 8th December. The item is excellent, great value for money!!!!! It's a real shame when I queried the whereabouts of my order I didn't receive a prompt reply. I wouldn't have had to put the negative review on here. Customer service really needs to be improved to put customers minds at rest when I'm sure everyone is ordering items for gifts at Christmas. Product 10/10 Customer service 1/10.
