The staff off this company block my number, email and another message option like Alibaba because i ask for a support and alternate solution. I paid a 30% of total amount for water purifiers for a company named Hydrolife world and waiting ready for shipment, in between the company closed, I personally tried to make the business with this team even I’m not able to afford the cost. They don’t want to pay attention or understand what i want to discuss, as i know that they understand I’m asking whole shipment without full payment, maybe the translation error. if they couldn’t understand there is more way to communicate, The sales person(Mr. Bruce) texted in WhatsApp and he said their Manager (Ms. Megan) will contact. No one call, no email also no further reply to my enquiry, later I get to know they blocked me on official mails. A company should be understand that their not only buy but also return it, not because product quality problems it may buyers unexpected personal or regional problems. Listen what I’m saying then finding solutions. I have all evidence and I can prove that from the beginning, I’ll provide authorized person.
