I spent real time, effort, and even some money to finish it properly. However, after completing all the requirements, my withdrawal was suddenly delayed until December 31, and later marked as “fraud.” This is unacceptable — I have full screenshots and proof showing I met every condition honestly. What’s even more concerning is the recurring pattern: every time the crypto market drops, Freeward tends to delay or “reverify” user payments. It’s always the same explanation — “pending verification” or “waiting for a third party” — even though offerwall partners like AyetStudios or Lootably already confirmed and released the rewards. That means the funds were already sent to Freeward and converted into points, yet users are still told to wait indefinitely. This creates the impression that payment holds are linked more to market timing than to genuine verification issues. Other reward platforms like Freecash process payouts transparently regardless of market conditions. Freeward, on the other hand, repeatedly uses vague justifications to postpone or deny legitimate rewards — which feels manipulative and unfair to honest users. I hope the Freeward team seriously reconsiders how they treat their community. Credibility and transparency matter more than holding users’ earnings. It has already been 20 days, yet I continue to receive automated messages instructing me to wait an additional month and a half. I strongly advise against investing your time in this platform. It has proven to be a waste of time, a source of frustration, and a disappointing experience overall. The service is handled in an unprofessional manner, and users are left disadvantaged.

No payment for 20 days! They are just stalling people! I requested a payout from Freeward, and today it has been 20 full days with no payment. I completed all the tasks properly and sent all the required proofs. Instead of providing real support and carefully reviewing the evidence, they keep giving us generic, dismissive replies to stall. I did my part instantly, they should also pay without delay. Constantly using “risk” and “chargeback” as excuses is nothing but disrespecting users’ efforts. This lack of responsibility and transparency is plain dishonesty. If you are not going to pay, then stop wasting people’s time. I do not recommend this platform at all!

Freeward keeps redirecting me to Torox, the advertiser, but there is no direct way for me as a user to contact Torox. This has left me stuck in a loop: Freeward tells me to contact Torox, and Torox never responds. Despite the follow-up, my reward has never been credited.
