Despite this, my account was suddenly banned for “multiple accounts or VPN usage,” which is completely false. I only have one account and the only change was switching to a new device.
I have submitted multiple support requests explaining everything, but it has been over a week with no response.
It's unacceptable to block verified users without proper investigation or communication. If Freeward continues to ignore genuine users, I will have to warn others and report this experience across more platforms.

I Won a PUBG UC Reward from Freeward.net But Never Received the Code

I'm sharing this post to warn others who might be considering using Freeward.net for rewards.
Recently, I completed several tasks on Freeward.net and submitted reward requests for PUBG 1800 UC, 660 UC, and 325 UC.
I received confirmation that my requests were successful and that I would get my codes soon. However, more than 12 hours have passed, and I still haven’t received any reward codes or confirmation.
I contacted their support team via email, but I haven’t received a reply yet.

I got paid on-site for an offer for a total of 12$ including rewards, i decided to withdraw it thorugh LTC and waited, after some hours i got a message telling me to provide proof otherwise my money would be held for 2 months, i sent the proofs and after almost 2 days of trying contact with support to solve this or at least get a reply, they muted me from chat for seeking an answer and removed me from discord for sending the proofs there too and requesting an answer for my problem (and i still didnt got a reply, they had time to mute me but not to answer my email)
If they end up paying me out early like they promise to do if you send the proofs i will update this review and add 5 stars, if not i will edit it and downgrade it to 1 star

I requested a $14 withdrawal and it went on hold for 60 days and was supposed to be released February 28. However it was not released until the next day despite multiple messages sent to their support team. 61 days for a withdrawal to be approved is absolutely ridiculous.
