I use them as it was real exisit and helpful
In 2017, unfortunately, we've been cheated by a scammer in China. Lately we are hearing some of those scammers even appear on Alibaba. I thought it is a big headache for my shipping until I meet FreightPaul from my vendor. It is important to know the options and to find the ones that save more and have more effciency. But for us, if we work with a forwarder company that doesn't exsit, it means we will lose everything. FreightPaul response my request quickly like some other forwarders I meet, but more valueable for me is that I can know everything through their online system. From send the inquiry to the tracking shipment, even when I made payment, I receive the notice message immediately. Compare with other China agent, FreightPaul is very transparent.
Thank you Michele. Just like you are first one leave comment here, we love that you think we're neat and glad to know we leave a good first impression to you. Looking forward to your next booking on FreighPaul.
