Not very good quality
I don't feel like it is the same quality portrayed in the ad. The foot straps and handles are not sturdy or comfortable. Range of motion is limited as well.
Good communication
I like that I received consistent updates as to where the package would be located from start to finish. That gave me peace of mind and I appreciate it so much 😊
Nice flowers but slow delivery
Product was just as described. My only problem was it took over 3 weeks for the package to arrive.
Ordered on April 29th and still have not received product. Getting the run around from the company
I believe they have no intention of getting the flowers to me.
Worst internet seller
Order placed 4/9/26 for MOTHER'S DAY. I kept getting updates and emails from their support telling me to be patient. Well it's MOTHER'S DAY and I've heard nothing in a week. The tracking shows the flowers are in San Francisco, that's the other side of the country! I will never buy from them again and neither should anyone.
