I was given a discount off a promotional price but it would not register on the order form. I read all terms and conditions. I contacted customer service to get help placing the order, but my requests went unanswered. Nope. I wish I had checked Trustpilot first.
Spent 21.99 on a medium dog bed, waited 4 weeks and it came and it came in a weird package and no receipt or returns form or anything. I opened it and the smallest bed ever came.
Scammers. The costumer service is non existant. They take your money and leave you on your own. I received a defective item and they called me names when i asked for help then ignored me. I don’t recommend. Costumer agent name was Chris and he is the worst. Harry is not better. Avoid this company at all cost!
Absolutely hate it! After my cats use it, it stinks up the whole house! This is after changing it several times. The peach smell does not even exist... I regret spending so much money on this cat litter. I have no idea how so many people love this product.
