I loved the look of your product and hope itmis as nice when it gets here....was supposed to,get a 10 or,15% discount but nothing came up on the checkout page.....hopefully you can look into,this and do a simple refund.....that would definitely earn a higher rating

I ordered the vintage looking brown jacket on December 8th. I received it December 16th. That was reasonable I think but the material is very cheap looking and doesn’t look like the photo. I am returning and hoping a get a full refund. I emailed to ask what address to send it back to or print a label. I am hopeful to get my $115 back!

The description was not specific enough. Primarily,the description of outer shell was non-existent ;I needed to know basic details and they were not provided. Warmth factor is essential...just a perfunctory description is not helpful .
