I have been waiting for two and a half months for an order and have not received it. Every time I contact their customer service, email only, it always say the same thing. "It is in transit. Keep checking with the tracking number we have provided for updates." There has not been an update in a month. The order tracking on their website says "Item in Ogden Utah" and that update is over a month old too.
Then the customer service email always states that they are on vacation and for me to be patient. Who has the luxury to take 2 months vacation.?
Beginning to think it is a scam. I am contacting PayPal to get a refund.
I was kept informed on the progress of my order, which was great. The shirt looks great and fits well. It took a long time to get the shirt, so I missed wearing it while my team was still in the world cup.
The order took nearly a month to arrive, delivered on July 4th. Unfortunately, one of the men's t-shirts arrived with a hole in the back that looks like a burn mark from something hot. Although it is not very large, we expected a brand new item in perfect condition. Additionally, the women's t-shirt does not match the product photos that motivated our purchase. The rest of the items were fine, but the quality control and shipping times definitely need improvement.
