Tama: Please accept our apologies--there should have been 2 corks with the gondola. The original ones sometimes do not stay in handmade feeders where the hole has rounded edges, but only in manufactured feeders that have straight-edged holes. Once we realized this we had new corks manufactured with softer rubber, and we had glass artisans we work with test them, and those stoppers work just fine. Please let us know - it seems perhaps we neglected to send the additional cork, and we're happy to send it now. Thank you.
