If you'd like us to take a look, or wouldn't mind letting us know what made you not want to use our service, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] or (713) 581-6553. We're always happy to help, and welcome any and all feedback!

Gigi, we're sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating that would be. We'll work with you and the electricity provider to have the enrollment canceled as quickly as possible, and we'll ensure you do not incur any fees related to this situation. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and if there's anything further we can do to help, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected] or (713) 581-6553.

Jessy, we're really thankful you took the time to share this - helping you navigate those unique circumstances and find the right fit is exactly what we're here for! 👏

Gabriel, we're sorry our process left you with this impression. This program is designed to identify opportunities to lower your electricity costs over time, and any authorization is solely for that purpose—it does not give Gatby unrestricted control over your utility account. We also want to reassure you that after speaking with you, we confirmed your information was not retained in our system. We appreciate your feedback, as it's a good reminder that we can do a better job explaining how this process works upfront. If you'd ever like to discuss your experience further, we're always happy to help at [email protected] or (713) 581-6553.

Faith, we appreciate you choosing us - quick and simple is exactly what we're after! ✨
