After purchasing the subscription, it is difficult and almost impossible to cancel it. There is no option or button to cancel the subscription in the PC application. The support team responds with template messages that do not address the issue and have nothing to do with subscription cancellation, essentially just generic replies. I also contacted them via email, but never received a response. Be cautious when purchasing a subscription, as the cancellation process is unclear and appears intentionally complicated.
