Certified doesn’t mean it’s not a Dodgy company

I have been awaiting a package for over 2 months now. Their automated forms rewrites your address, and wrote down an incomplete address for me. I tracked my parcel which was in transit for 2 weeks. That’s fine as I assumed it was due to overloads… then suddenly it was recalled. I contacted this company and have been given generic responses since. It has been 2 months since I’ve been awaiting a resolution and STILL they don’t give a straight answer other than they have to run it through various departments. You’re not Amazon, you can’t have hundreds of departments to run through! Just because you have PayPal, doesn’t mean you’re not scamming people! Be weary of this company!!!
