The quality is great. The shirt is 100% cotton, and the fabric has a nice weight—not too thick and not too thin. The artwork is also high quality and looks exactly as expected. The sizing is true to size, and the fit was exactly what I expected. Delivery took 6 days, which was reasonable. Overall, I had a very good experience, with one small caveat. About a day after placing my order, I changed my mind and wanted to cancel it. I contacted customer support, but I didn’t receive a response. To be fair, I reached out more than 24 hours after placing the order, so it may have already been too late to cancel. In the end, I decided to keep the shirt, and I’m happy with it. 4.5

Leaving a review with some of the info I was looking for when making my first purchase. This is about the Hawaiian/collared button up shirts, lounge pants and swim trunks. I did not buy the t-shirts, as I gather they are transfers rather than silk screened, and not the sweaters as I understand those are just prints and not actually knitted. I understood these were 1. print on demand, so there would be 5-7 days for them to be made and 2. it was coming from China so I knew to expect a couple weeks for that to the EU, where I am - so around 3 weeks altogether and that's what it was. Bonus was no additional VAT or customs fees were charged (it went via the Netherlands and was then sent inter EU regular mail). My main hesitation with ordering was I had bought a print on demand shirt from another source in China previously and the print was just too blurry/pixelated to be useful. Happily, the print quality here is quite good. Not as sharp as some high quality Hawaiian shirts I have from Avanti, Kahala, etc but quite acceptable. The shirts were cotton. Nice lightweight with a crosshatch pattern. I got the same print on a pair of swim trunks which are synthetic and the colors are slightly more vivid (and I expect more colorfast). Shirt sizing was accurate according to the measurements on the size chart (I know to disregard letter sizes due to the variations between Asian, US and EU sizes). I was less certain with the pants and swim trunks as they have elastic waists so I didn't know if the sizes were expanded fully or unexpanded. I messaged them and they said to order your actual (expanded) size so I ordered way up from what I usually would and they fit as they should (I will need to hem the pants shorter though. Also the pants are fully synthetic. I would have preferred the option of cotton (it was not specified). The swim trunks are really great. The only negative is no inside or rear pocket that can be secured. There are two side pockets. Overall I'm very pleased

Never received any items I ordered. The Geeksoutfit "shipping company" stated the items arrived in Chicago and we're processed through customs for USPS. Contacted USPS, and they had no history of items arriving in Chicago customs. Contacted geeksoutfit customer service several times with no response. Reported to my back and credit card.comany as a possible fraudulent company.

Placed an order, money has been taken but I’ve not received an order confirmation. I received an email saying there was a payment issue and I’ve emailed twice and haven’t received a response. I have no idea if my order was placed or if this is a scam. I can’t start a charge back until ten days from order date. Edit: I resent emails from a Gmail address as requested and am awaiting a response.

Received t-shirts in 10 days in the Netherlands with no hassle. Fabric and print are of excellent quality. Very nice fit. Sleeves cover the upper arms and don't stand out like many cheap t-shirts do.

T shirts were of reasonable quality however they didn't fit properly so I am now on email eight where they are refusing to allow me to return for a refund (which I am obviously entitled to do so). They have offered 15% of the order value as a refund because "It is not cost-effective for you to pay the shipping cost to return it now." and "we do not recommend returning as they would be useless to us."
