I would like to preface this by saying that I generally NEVER write negative reviews and always try to give 5 stars if possible. However, this site is incredibly terrible in so many ways that are hard to look past. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND DON'T GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!
1. TOXIC BOOSTERS: Many of the boosters I have had on here constantly flame their teammates and frankly possess anger issues. Even as I was playing the game with them, I couldn't help but think that their behavior was absolutely unprofessional. Spam pinging and typing "if only we had a jungler" over and over again after dying to a gank only leads to their teammates playing worse. It was not even the jungler's fault that they did not ward and couldn't escape the gank (and also not a reason to lose their head.) I truly believe they spent more time typing and flaming than actually playing. It made everyone's mental MUCH worse, and led to the loss. IF YOU ARE GOING TO BOOST, THEN YOU KNOW THAT YOUR TEAMMATES DO NOT ALSO PLAY AT A DIAMOND OR PLATINUM LEVEL whatever level the booster was.. definitely not master+), SO FLAMING WILL ONLY MAKE THINGS WORSE FOR EVERYONE.
2. QUALITY OF BOOSTER: Some of them were quite amazing and able to carry. However, most of the ones were unable to hard carry like some I've had from other sites, and they solo died in fights in their lane, which is just bizarre. They were really struggling with playing against silver and gold players. Really weird that a "Challenger" can lose against a hard-stuck gold player. Also, the worse players they are, the worse they flame the entire team, and even me, the customer.
2. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE: The management here will definitely gaslight you. Dopa especially has an awful, passive aggressive attitude and is unfit for customer service. Their advertising is also quite misleading to customers.
Overall, it was a terrible experience and complete waste of money.
Had 2 good boosts on accounts earlyer BUT my Payment didnt come trought this time and even my Bank said, that they received it.
Support told me that they don't know anything about any kind of Problems.
After some time and writing a review here I got perfect and flawless Support and they refunded me the money.
It all cleared up, that the payment just took one day and wasnt processed instantly, so my advice, if you want to use ggboost.com then dont pay via Klarna or "Sofortüberweisung" if you are not logged in into their website.
Otherwise, nice Support and a good product in general.
Prices could sometimes be a bit cheaper but they re ok for the service you get.
-1 Star since the Live Support couldnt solve my Problem, everything else, is good.

Honest review:
I ordered to be transferred from gold 3 to gold 1 and it said average completion time would be 24 hours. It started out well with a great booster (Raki33) and he got to gold 2 within 6-7 hours but then you automatically get assigned new boosters. The next one I got was really slow and played 1 game in 10 hours or so. My whole order got delayed by 24 hours... However it’s excellent service since it’s possible to just require a new booster whenever you feel like it. I think I got around 7-8 different boosters and the level between was huge. One of them even played other champs and roles that I didn’t pick.. All in all it gets the job done but with few bumps along the way!

Before placing an order I asked if someone would be available to play immediately, this because I have little time. The answer from GGBoost was yes don't worry. However, it turns out to be different and when I contact their customer service, I don't have to worry and just 'wait quietly'.
Best booster for low ranks. My last boost they didn't follow my champ selection but it was fine. Over all best booster ever.

My Opinion: A waste of time, money and nerves!
Order Process: The order Process is a pain at first hand for EU users, due to regulations on someones behalf, the only payment method available for me was via CreditCard. Very inconvenient and the only website where I have been encountering such a problem.
Waiting for a Booster: Does not take much time - that is the only really good thing I have to say about this page - yes, I am dead serious. I really can not understant all the massively positive feedback on here for this website.
Order: I ordered a full on 10 games Placements DuoQ treatment. They are advertisting with 70% winrate over all - at the end of the day I had a 5 on 5 record and switched through 3 different boosters. One of those was running it down for the first 3 games in a row, the second one started out great and then after 3 wins in a row turned to being toxic in chat, interacting more in the Leauge Chat with the team than actually playing it. . from those games let me paint you an example: The enemy team does Drake and Baron, before the baron even starts, my booster - ADC in that game - just writes in chat: BRB gotta go afk for 2 minutes. Exactly in the moment the enemy team did the baron, so they got it for free and finished the game, because he was AFK during that time! Unbelievable. Only the third one finally brought a solid 3 final games out of the 10.
But the damage was already done. An advertised 70% winrate in those 10 games turned into a 50% with questionable gameplay and methods.
After trying to be reasonable with the customer support in which I only got vague replies and partly very brash and not-insightful responses, if my requests werent dodged, they just pushed me onto a net-win compensation to fill in for the lost games. And guess what happens next:
Compensation games via "net-Wins"
for a 5 on 5 record instead of a possible 7:3 in the promos the 4th booster comes in and turns the whole mess into an even more unpleasurable sight. I am really unhappy with how things go - to say it in a nice way! -.-
The compensation for 5:5 record in promos ended up to be 2 net wins, meaning playing for so long that I end up with 2 more wins than losses, now after 14 total games we are at 6 Wins and 8 Losses, a terrible stat and a terrible state. - under the radar performance for Duo Boost to say the least.
All in all I payed money so that I would get a rigged promo, and now the compensation games are also being lost as well. 4 compensation games played so far and the result turned out to be 1 win and 3 losses.
I can only urge you to NOT buy something here if the general status is going to be like THIS... This was an unbelivably unpleasant experience so far and I just hope that somehow those compensationgames will be done good and quickly tomorrow...
I payed for a service like this 60+ Euros and all I get are tilting boosters who partly perform worse than gold players and a shady support when I am asking for help and advice.
0/10 is my personal rating on this "Boosting Service" So far they only crashed my mmr and wrecked my winrate and placements.
Edit: the Order is still going with the extra games - and now we are at a point where I even demoted with a toxic booster - I demand a refund. This is insanity - instead of a +2 net win I am now sitting at -4!!! and the support dude who i chatted with wanted to make me the reason for it while his boosters are toxic as hell and partly run it down.
Edit 2: Funny how they accuse me of being a liar, rather then to look into their obvious problems regarding tilting boosters. As the customer I am the faulter and I am not in the right to complain? Why would I make up such a report? Why would you call this a fake or partial fake review instead of looking into your serious issues. If I could I would post several screenshots out in the open right here for all to see how the "customer service" acted up and how your boosters tilt ingame. It is a shame - never again.

Still a few things do not match the service we have, particularly 2 important things.
The compensation, in case we do not reach the minimum of 7wins out of 10 games, does not need to be argued with anyone or asked anywhere, is an automatic system and for a 5W-5L placements result the compensation is 4 net wins (unless it's a duo placements), not 2 as you mention, so the core of your story has 2 major flaws.
Also in Duo Placements we require a minimum performance for the booster and for the customer, being the customer required to have at least an overall KDA of 1.6 to be granted any sort of compensation and eve if below that and reviewed by the support staff, the net wins can still be granted.
So although your story is very compelling is not being told with 100% honesty, therefore we doubt your intentions with a fake or partially fake review.
Bad placements might happen and that is why we have a compensation system for customers that end up in that situation. We do not dodge any compensation or responsibility over the results of the placements because all info regarding the service (compensation included) is given in the service main page for full disclosure, but if you want to tell a story at least have the decency to provide a real story an not something to seek personal glory or interest.

purhased 6 games. Won 0 of them. Told i wouldn't be getting reimbursed or given any games back. Boosters absolutely ran it down in my games. We're talking 2-10, or worse. The only game where one didn't, they absolutely raged in game at teammates, and caused them to afk.

Have had ok experiences in the past, but now the only available payment method for me in EU seems to be credit card, I got none of that and I am not going to do it that way... It's a shame. Was fun to use this service while it lasted, but not like that.
The customer support was not really friendly on top of that as I asked for help and information as to why the payment methods are so little and exclusive. - I practically only got a brazen response with a very vague statement...
there have been loads of different ways to pay in the past and any other side related to boosting services still has them...
At the moment I can not recommend this site at all for a smooth sailing.

Regarding the payment methods, it's true, at the moment this review is being written only Stripe (card payment method) is available, but we are working on other methods that will bring back to the site more options. They are not what they claim. They promised many things but when it is time for delivery it was a disaster. I bought 10 placement games in which they won the first game but after the first they proceed to drop my mmr from high plat to low gold. Might I add they went 2-6 which placed me in SILVER 2. The boosters are in no way shape or form challenger players. I guarantee you they are not diamonds. They played negatively in Silver games. The response I received from their “support” 7UP was that “I was unlucky and to choose another booster” and “They are human”. If they’re challenger they should have no problem stomping in platinum. Look at Ratirl, scrubnoob, and many other boosters, they stomp EASILY from unranked to challenger with no effort. By easily I mean 90-100% win rate from unranked to masters. Also upon checking the replay, I bought a session PROFESSIONAL coach from gamersensei to gain an understanding from them. To which they replied the gameplay I submitted were in no shape or form “High diamond to Challenger tier”. Heed my warning this site is garbage. I, myself can hit up to 7-8 cs/minute while their so called “boosters” can barely hit 6 cs/minute with garbage mechanics.
Was very good, but now... they changed the payment option and now my money is just payed, but the order cant start, caus its pending for like 12 hours now...
I loved it.. but now my money is gone and nothing happend... before it was all good, instant the order could start after u payed and all was fine.. now im just sad...
But to all this, the Booster are friendly and doing their best.
