Bad experience overall. Purchased a diamond boost and so far I’ve only played 5 games, two which I lost. The worst part is the “boosters” will play on accounts in gold with bad MMR which in cause makes my mmr drop when we lose games which we should have no problem in winning. I am platinum 3 and out of 6 boosters only 2 were decent. The other two were definitely NOT master/grandmaster like the website advertises. Another annoying thing is that I literally have to wait 1-3 hour to get someone to even respond to my order. It really sucks when you spend 200$ for a boost and get this type of results. 100% regret buying this boost.

The booster had 100cs difference and 4 levels behind and then afk. Then i got assigned another booster and afk at tower. They do that on purpose so you buy more boosting. PLEASE GO WITH ANOTHER SITE THIS ONE IS A SCAM IM LETTING YOU KNOW!

I've ordered boosts from here about 7 times now. I ordered a boost from Plat 4 to Plat 1 and it took several days. After 4 days, I checked and was lower than where the account started. Now I am checking my current boost. It's basically now 2 divisions lower than where it started. The people are nice, but i'm starting to have my doubts.

I actually trusted them a few times for placement matches, a few years ago they were decent at best. This time around, what a waste. Their customer service is trash tier, don't even bother talking to them. They added an "Express" Add on to their order system (CHARGING YOU 25% MORE!!!) and if you don't fall for it well then you are screwed!! They will disappoint you and make you regret you invested money on them. Takes a few days to get a new booster and the other reviews here are true, they will abandon you/feed/grief with your account. They refuse to refund, I honestly think their customer service are bots. All of them. 7Up (being the worst) a passive-agressive empty head, Cpt. Jack who cannot do anything to help, and Dopa, a compulsive liar. They just lost a customer, I will never do boosting ever again! What a shame.

Paid $180 for a whole division boost.. 2 booster keep feeding and tilt my team. And one booster went kog'maw top then afk half of the game, then drop the order.... request for a new one, waited 24 hours and still got no new booster

I hate to leave this review because I've previously had great experiences with GGBoost but I feel really disappointed after my last experience and have decided to move onto a different company that values honesty. I had made an order for a boost and was incredibly excited to get started as I'm sure any client would be. The order even promised that a booster would be ready in 5 minutes after a purchase was made. After patiently waiting about an hour or two after I made the order, I decided to contact support and ask them if there is some sort of delay. The support had told me to just give it a few hours as it was already late at night. I understood and decided to wait until the next following morning. When I woke up, the order status was still pending and a booster was not yet assigned. (at this point it's been about 12 hours since the order was made). I then contacted support again and they told me to give it a few more hours. I understood and waited. After an entire day of waiting (24 hours+) there was still no booster. I would have understood if the support had told me it may take a few days, but to tell me it would be a few hours multiple times to only string my along really upset me when I waited for a lot longer than was promised. I understand that these are challenging times but I believe being honest and transparent with your customers despite what is happening is incredibly important. Maybe even a great idea to change your order page to reflect the reality of the wait times. I would rather have my booster go 0W-10L than to have been misguided like this because time is more important to me than the money I spent. I hope this review can help someone make a better decision as in the end, we all just want a great experience. That's all we ask for.

takes real long for booster to get assigned and some booster don't meet up with the expectation for duo queue. But once you get a good booster, they go at it real fast. Pretty decent service.

Ordered 5 match. 3 Losses in a row out of 5 desired match order. They are clearly not Challenger/Master boosters. They are high Gold/ Plat at most. Don't waste your time on this boosting website.
