Honestly everytime i order from ggboost i get a series of boosters that can't win games and feel like they are playing at a plat level and then i get tossed around from booster to booster because when they can't win because they aren't good enough they say "request someone else gotta go". Then you'll finally get a good booster after ruining your MMR a little bit with those others. The customer service in chat are rude and not helpful at all. They don't care at all about customers with the exception of Cpt jack who is always nice and helpful.

Very bad, if you have a flexible schedule and care about your time DO NOT BUY DUO BOOST. they refused to refund my money because there was no booster for me even after 24h+. they got me a booster who was probably gold 3 level. its been 3 days and i have gained ( 0 LP ). and currently waiting for 20h without a booster. Dont buy your services here, go to another website.

I give 5 stars to the booster, for his amazing communication and gameplay. 4 stars to customer service as my partner and I have dealt with several customer service agents and I can say that Captain Jack and Donatello are superb, very friendly and nice on chat, working from a contact centre myself I understand the common chat etiquette that one should have. Some others definitely need to improve on their mannerisms on chat, for example, I was using the service for the first time, and I was wondering whether a booster could be assigned to my order, the "customer support" agent at the time simply told me that there was "No need to ask" and a booster will be assigned when they are available.I dealt with other boosting services before and they were very respectful and eager to help. Is there a time where customers are not allowed to ask questions? Seriously? Overall, the booster lived up to my expectations for the price that they were asking compared to other boosting services, he was able to get to my order a few hours later but we started on the day of order. Commendations to the booster, will definitely look for him again.
