Overall pretty good. Player was great and very friendly. Just a little inactive for my liking. Order that was estimated at 18 hours took 4 days because he didnt play much. Was excellent when he did though.

There is a huge variance in the skill level of the boosters boosting at this site. I've placed 15 orders within the past month and I would have to say they probably only have about 4-5 real good boosters and the rest are maybe above average. The key to these average boosters winning and climbing is that they Duo with another average booster in a position that can help carry the game like a jungle or the other booster will feed them the kills. I had an issue over the last week which just ended up with "hey we will give you a 20% discount on your next order" which didn't fix my problem so I won't be ordering anymore. Reddit has legit challenger boosters offering services for about the same price (maybe a tiny bit more), and you can tell a big difference when you look at their games vs the games played GG. With that being said, GG does have about 4 awesome boosters I have encountered..Danisan/Razor/QQValley/Demonhunter.

Regarding the situation you described, i can inform you that our recruitment process makes sure that all boosters are at least master or higher.
It's true that some boosters make duo with other boosters but only to make sure the win ratio is higher but if for some reason you do not approve it, just inform the assigned booster that you do not allow him to duo with your account.
Also, if you like one particular booster, you can always request him for your orders with no extra cost, allowing you to have a better experience :)

Not all boosters seem capable of carrying when it is expected of them to do so, and more than a few times they were getting outplayed by people I was able to walk circles around (which was beyond me). Time constraints are almost all exclusively eastern time and 4/5 boosters I had were AFK for periods of 12 hours or more during my order. Took 22 games for me to move up one tier (Gold 4 - Gold 3), and I honestly think I would have been better off without the small boost because my win rate actually got worse, and that was the reason why I wanted to get a boost in the first place! On the positive side, two of my boosters were fantastic, and if possible I would use them every time, but seeing as that's not possible, this service needs to consider employing more reliable players if it wishes to live up to it's own standards.
