100% SCAM. The finger monitor they promote does not do what is advertised on their site. The blood sugar monitor they sell is not a blood sugar monitor, but a cheap out dated oxygen finger monitor, valued at under $5.00. People are being charged over $30.00 for complete garbage. The company offers $1.00 for a full refund. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. The technology they are promoting does not even exist.
I have placed an order with them can't use the tracking numbers I have waited 5 weeks they have the nerve to use the Boston Mayo Clinc saying they are the good stuff this company is a scam everything comes from China
I had purchased 2 glucose monitors, instead of sending me the glucose monitors they sent me 2 pulse oximeters. To me they r false advertising their products, I've ask about the glucose monitors as to weather i will receive them & they still haven't given me a response. I asked 4 an address 2 send the pulse oximeters back & they told me 2 keep them & not send them back. If they r not sending me the 2 glucose monitors, they should return my money in full! They have taken advantage of me, I do not want 2 c them take advantage of anyone else. Ladies & gentlemen please b aware of the products u purchase from this company, they will screw u like they did 2 me!
Terrible & frustrating experience with everything connected with the product I bought, it seems I am not the only one…… with so many complaints how can Ggvbeauty still be operating. The product was completely miss sold, nothing like advertised, payed in sterling & they will only reimburse 1/3 of the cost of the purchase in USD. Unbelievable absolutely unbelievable…Shame on you & all associated with this so called company
The product I received from GGV was not even close to the advertised that I thought I was ordering. It took over a month to get it, then when I asked for a return and refund of the 73.97 that I paid for it they generously? offered me 11.00, I would dearly have liked them just to replace the order, but after jumping through numerous hoops for them, taking pictures of what I received, the tracking number, the SKU of the product, instead of getting any satisfaction, they said sorry the most we can offer you is 22.00 and still no return. Well, I finally got the return address, but it is China and I have to pack and ship it back at my expense, I totally do not trust that I will ever see the money, so I totally recommend that you do not buy anything from GGV.
i ordered a glucose monitor for 26 pounds and received a oximeter worth 4 pounds that was false advertizing and after so many emails they still refuse to give me my money back
scam on products and then they scam and try to charge you weekly. I sent emails to customer service and they just keep asking questions. Buyers BEWARE! and the address they have on web site does not have a city. They are located in China and just want to deceive you.

The worse company ever! My husband ordered a gel for his teeth,he never asked them about a subscription,the second week they charged him another £65 and he never got the parcel!We sent a few emails to them and they said my parcel was returned back to them!But they can’t send another parcel to us and they refunded us only $22.(around £16) Poor customer service and quality!

WARNING — Misleading product listing I believe these people are scammers. They advertise a product as a glucose monitor, with the packaging clearly labelled as a glucose monitor. However, after placing an order, I received a pulse oximeter, which is not the product I ordered and is of no use for the purpose I needed it for. This is particularly concerning because it appears to target people who may have health conditions and genuinely need a glucose monitor. When I requested a refund, I was told that they had sent the product I ordered, despite the fact that I received a completely different device. Be very careful and check the seller thoroughly before purchasing. I would strongly advise others to avoid this seller.

(Pulse Oximeter, no batteries) Requested refund and was offered $6. refund on $44 purchase. I refused their offer. They insulted my intelligence; and said that was the product I ordered. To make matters worse, it took almost three weeks to arrive, and where it was shipped from remains a mystery. I feel completely misled by this purchase. I purchased a usb projector that was suppose to show over the ceiling & walls instead a small picture & by recently reading reviews this seems to be their way then when yku go for a refund they offer you 6$ or 12 $ when you have paid 36$ for the item knowing frieght is going to cost you more to send back.
