Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Consumers frequently reported that the items delivered looked completely different from the promotional pictures and consisted of cheap, unusable materials. Many buyers expressed strong frustration regarding misleading product descriptions and items that completely failed to perform as advertised.
Some people were dissatisfied with the refund policy, stating that customer support offered only a tiny fraction of their original money back. Reviewers also noted that attempting to correct shipping mistakes or secure proper reimbursements turned into an exhausting and difficult ordeal. People expressed concerns regarding the pricing and overall business practices encountered during their purchases.
I would have liked to have rated this with zero stars!
Please do not purchase from this company. I received two projectors from them. Advertised as galaxy and oceans. The advert showed fantastic images projected on to the ceiling. Actual product required a single filter placed in the projector. This then produces a blurry image of one planet/star.
After complaining, I was offered 7usd as compensation. And the option of returning the goods, probably at my cost.
Lesson learned was to always check reviews first.
I purchased two of the Plug and Play star projector on Aug 31st based on the web page advertisement. I have to say when I turned them on, I was very disappointed! According to the pictures on the web page there is a big difference from actual picture, it only spreads about 2ft across the ceiling and can't hardly see the what's on the projector. Very disappointed

This is my second review of this SCAM WEBSITE. They claim that they will 'immediately arrange a replacement or refund if the product you receive is not what you ordered', at no cost to you. They will not. You have to pay the freight and then wait to see if they refund you. They also have a false address in the footer of the site, that states a residential address in Jeffersen City, Missouri, USA and yet they told me to return goods to another dodgy looking address in Gangzou province in China. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE, I WOULD NOT EVEN TRUST ANY BEAUTY PRODUCTS FROM THEM. I WISH I COULD PUT UP SCREENSHOTS ON THIS PLATFORM.
I ordered three HD Smart Dynamic 5D Night Light Projector, what I got was a half dome plastic toy with a few stars and moons cut into a plastic cover over a dim flashlight bulb that didn’t even light the room! It’s made from lightweight plastic, about 10cm in diameter and something my two year old would destroy in 5 minutes! What a rip off. Plus they will charge you a 15 % handling fee and only accept 2 of the four items I ordered for a refund. You have to have approval from them to get your items returned and if you don’t respond to them within 14 days you will not get a refund. They don’t promise you will get a refund either. Ggvbeauty.com is even worse than Temu if there could be anything worse than that it Ggvbeauty.com! Don’t order anything from this online store it’s a rip off!
I purchased the GGVBeauty Plug-and-Play HD Star Projector for $45.96 (2 for price of 1) as a gift for my grandson. The item I received is visibly different from the projector pictured in GGVBeauty's advertisement. The advertised unit appears to have a substantial base and adjustable upper/lens housing, while the item I received is a small fixed projector on a USB gooseneck with no zoom, focus, rotation, or projection-size adjustment.
GGVBeauty advertises whole-ceiling/wall immersive coverage and 360° motion. In my room with 9-foot ceilings, the actual projector produces only a limited, stationary, sharply bounded image on part of the ceiling no more than 5'L x 2'W. I have photographs comparing the advertised product with the item received and showing its actual projection.
I contacted GGVBeauty within their return period requesting a full refund and prepaid return shipping because the merchandise received is materially different from what was advertised. I will update this review with how the company resolves the matter.
They are scammers. They advertise one product but send another. I ordered full set dentures, was told in an email from the company that’s what I would receive. Not plastic beads and Halloween teeth but full dentures just like what’s pictured in the ad. I received plastic beads and Halloween teeth. Now I’m fighting with them to get a refund. I gave them one star because there isn’t a lower rating.
This company sends out goods that are totally different to their glossy video adverts - be wary the whole process is very difficult and I am still waiting for my refund 0% customers service
I wish to formally request the return of the Plug in and Play HD Star Projector,
The item I received does not match the product that was advertised and is materially different from what I believed I was purchasing. I am therefore requesting to return the item for a full refund.
Please provide clear instructions for returning the product, including confirmation of whether you will provide a prepaid return label, as I do not believe I should be responsible for return costs when the item is not as advertised.
I expect confirmation of the return arrangements and full refund process without unnecessary delay.
If this matter is not resolved appropriately, I will escalate my complaint through the relevant consumer-protection and dispute-resolution channels.
Please confirm receipt of this request and advise me of the next steps.

Do not deal with this company; GGVBEAUTY, they are scammers. The product you receive is different from what is advertised; instead, you get a cheap set of teeth that looks like a child's toy. The company is not based in the United States but is run from China, making it extremely difficult to get a refund or a resolution to the problem. I warn everyone against this product. Thank you. You can report this to consumer protection agencies to put a stop to this farce and the company's misleading advertising!
What a load of crap.....advertised 1 amazing item sent you the complete opposite like a basket short of a picnic and to charge £35 is absolutely genius! Well recommended if you wanna throw away your money and break your loved ones heart! I hope the £35 buys you a bus ticket where the bus crashes and explodes with you in it! Safe travels
The product was nothing like what was advertised. It was supposed to produce an immersive moving light show across an entire room. What it actually did was produce a small, static image on the ceiling, the size of a dinner plate. An absolute scam. Do not on any account buy anything from these crooks
They are a scam , save your money and dont order from them . They send you what was to be dentures and come as a little kids set of just front teeth and a bag of beads. So again save your money and stay away from GGVbeauty . No way to return product unless they charge you
I ordered 2 large "sunproof flowers" from this scam company. When I received them they were VERY small and smelled like chemicals. I was scammed out of the $58 dollars I spent for these flowers. Don't trust this company. I still have not received my refund either.
Complete scam. Not in the US at all – they're Chinese. Their "customer service" is a redirected Hotmail account. DO NOT PART WITH ANY MONEY!
EDIT: The "dentures" arrived today — they're absolute rubbish and nothing like advertised!
