Product WAS NOT as advertised!
I purchased the GGVBeauty Plug-and-Play HD Star Projector for $45.96 (2 for price of 1) as a gift for my grandson. The item I received is visibly different from the projector pictured in GGVBeauty's advertisement. The advertised unit appears to have a substantial base and adjustable upper/lens housing, while the item I received is a small fixed projector on a USB gooseneck with no zoom, focus, rotation, or projection-size adjustment. GGVBeauty advertises whole-ceiling/wall immersive coverage and 360° motion. In my room with 9-foot ceilings, the actual projector produces only a limited, stationary, sharply bounded image on part of the ceiling no more than 5'L x 2'W. I have photographs comparing the advertised product with the item received and showing its actual projection. I contacted GGVBeauty within their return period requesting a full refund and prepaid return shipping because the merchandise received is materially different from what was advertised. I will update this review with how the company resolves the matter.
