The delivery took significantly longer than what was originally stated, and I have been unable to reach anyone for support. The Google phone number provided does not work, and there has been no direct communication from your company. Due to the lack of customer service and the delay in delivery, I am requesting a full refund for my order immediately.

My order was delivered at my door appropriately and adequately with no damage at all. I chose size 10 and was delivered perfectly. When I tested the shoes, it fitted me perfectly and awesomely well. It seems it was designed for my legs. Great job indeed 👍🏼👌💪🏾

Have not even recieved the shoes I ordered.

Disappointment

I had a very bad experience with my first ever business with the company. I made a mistake for choosing size 11.5 instead of 7.5 and they refused to exchange it. Bad business!!!

Chinese dropshipping site

This is a fairly typical scam nowadays. The company is thinese, as the domain is registered to a chinese email address. The shorts you see on YT and the images on the site are not at all what the real products look and feel like. If anything is handcrafted, it is by chinese factory workers, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's all automated. For all intents and purposes, this is a scam.

Met Expectation

I have purchased many dress shoes over the years. The Gifennse style caught my attention on the internet. A bit expensive, but not overly expensive. When I received the shoes, they met my expectations. They look great, fit great, and I hope they have the quality to last for a while.
